Well-equipped with flat screen TV, cable, WiFi, outside shower, large driveway, picnic table, lawn furniture, gas grill and more. Large, manicured front yard with a basketball court. Quiet neighborhood. Beach sticker for most Barnstable public beaches is included, saving you daily parking fees at beach parking lots.

Cotuit is a secluded village on south side of the Cape - only 20 minutes from either Cape Cod Canal Bridge, downtown Falmouth and downtown Hyannis. Walk to the beach (see map), country store, library, Kettle Ho Restaurant and Cape Cod League baseball games.

    Cozy Cape Cod cottage in great location

    The town of Cotuit is a beautiful and quiet seaside community. This is an adorable cottage that was immaculately clean. All the linens and towels were provided and an amazing outdoor shower as well as the indoor. AC and fans were adequate as I was there on a very hot week. We enjoyed the big screened in porch. Hosts Carole and Kevin are friendly and knowledgeable about the area.The cottage had everything we needed. Located off a lovely side road it is quiet and filled with friendly wildlife such as turkeys, bunnies and birds. 5 minutes to several beaches, close to places to dine and attractions.
    The upstairs bedroom is a steep narrow climb for those not able bodied but otherwise manageable. Downstairs bedroom has twin beds with good mattresses.
    The living-room is small but adequate for a couple
    of people to comfortably relax. I think a single or a couple is ideal for this charming cottage.

    This place is absolutely beautiful! A screened in outdoor porch was perfect and the outdoor shower was amazing! It's perfect for a family of four with young children. Located "off the beaten path" in a nice residential area, but also a 15-20 minute drive from some great attractions! Carole is a fantastic host and one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! Thank you for a great wonderful week on the Cape!

    Location. Location. Location.
    Twenty minutes from Bridge. Twenty minutes from Hyannis. Twenty minutes from Falmouth. Quiet residential neighborhood. WALK TO BEACH! Or drive to most other Barnstable beaches with our beach pass - free parking!

    What is special about your town?
    Quiet village tucked away south of Route 28. Very little traffic. Main Street dead ends into the ocean.
