We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michele's place on Cape Cod. The house is alovely and comfortable place to relax at the end of a busy day of Cape Cod play. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything a person could want to prepare a meal and the backyard is a gorgeous place to sit and enjoy the fresh salt air. Downtown Chatham is within walking distance and Oyster Pond is as well, with a sand beach to swim at and a place to put in your kayak. Michele was a responsive and welcoming host, ready to answer questions and offer suggestions. We will definitely be back. show more show less

From the moment we entered the house we were at home! Michele's home is sparkling clean, well appointed and perfect for a family vacation. From the ample spices in the kitchen and the new soaps to the family friendly living room it was perfect for our family of four! The back yard is sprawling and perfect for kids to run and play. The location cannot be beat weather you want to walk around the corner for groceries or to the beach. The kids loved watching the wildlife out of the bay windows in the living room. Chatham is a very desirable destination and this home was the perfect respite for our family. Michele is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. show more show less

Our week in Chatham was our 3rd trip in recent years, and our first staying in this beautiful home! It was close to everything-walking to Oyster pond, the Angler's baseball field and playground, into town for shopping and eating. The fenced in backyard was excellent for the kids to run around, the fire pit was a great way to unwind after a long day, and the outdoor shower was easy after a day at the beach. Inside the house was well stocked, very clean, with comfortable beds and a nice layout so everyone had space! The piano was a hit with my kids, every day they banged away while we packed lunch (great ice maker in the freezer!) The next time we are in Chatham we will absolutely stay here again! We had an excellent stay at this lovely place. It has a large back yard, easy access to down town Chatham and perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

We really loved this home. It was close enough to the town of Chatham to walk to town and also a quick drive to Hardings Beach. This is probably one of the cleanest rental homes we've been to. It has a great propane firepit in the backyard as well a very pretty lawn, fenced in. The kitchen was fully stocked (and then some!), we cooked in a couple of times and had no issues with finding the right utensils. I would recommend and hope to come back the same week next year!

I am so glad I found this place! My dad is from the area and I grew up going there all the time. This place is situated so convenient and everything is walking distance, and the host was so reachable with any issues concerns or questions. I really enjoyed the privacy the backyard, hearing the baseball game going on and the distance while I was out back grilling. It was an easy Walk down to the oyster pond just a couple of minutes away. Just the perfect amount of privacy and yet accessibility to all that charming Chatham has to offer! show more show less

Beautiful clean home with a great private backyard. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Beds were really comfortable as well. A CVS and a small grocery store are right next door which was very convenient. Easy walk to explore oyster pond area as well as Main Street Chatham. Would definitely rent here again!

Property is in great condition. Has everything. Very spacious for two bedrooms. Loved the backyard. Walk to town or to Oyster Pond beech. Clean and no issues whatsoever. A CVS with groceries is just around the corner The only gripe was that there was some construction going on nearby and it was somewhat noisy in the morning. But other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed it.
