The four couples in our party were very comfortable as this spacious house has a lot of room to stretch out and relax. The home is very well equipped with everything you may need from kitchen needs to relaxing in the many rooms that it offers. The location is excellent, very quiet yet close enough to walk to downtown Chatham. The upper deck has a beautiful view of the neighborhood as well as being a great place to have a coffee or a drink. Paul was an exceptional and accommodating host and responded quickly to our inquiries. In conclusion, this is a great home for groups or families to meet, spread out and socialize. I highly recommend considering this home for your rental needs.

My Family and extended family have been staying now at Paul's home for the past 6 years. His home is beyond amazing and located in the perfect spot half a mile from down town Chatham and shopping. The favorite spot is the roof top deck. We always enjoy looking out at Mill Pond and seeing the boats at Stage Harbor Marine. The home has an amazing den area with gas fire place where we spent most of our time eating breakfast and watching football games! The house can accommodate almost any size family, or group which made this years Thanksgiving the first where we had the entire family together under one roof!

The house is immaculate and always clean and ready when you arrive. Paul is always available for any questions we may have. This home has become our go to rental on the cape and is always our first choice no matter the season or time of year. Book your vacation now you won't regret it!

We've been wanting to get to the Cape for years and we finally did. The weather was unusually warm 85 degrees and muggy with fog every day we were there but we also saw some sunshine. Paul was extremely gracious and very quick to respond. The communication was excellent. He manages this home and the one next door for rentals. We chose this one primarily because of the rooftop deck which we absolutely loved. Only had one or two clear nights at best to enjoy it up there but it was great. Could see the ocean in the distance on the non foggy days. The house was large, comfortable with lots of spaces for you to spread out or get some space if you are traveling with a group. Furnishings are exactly as you see in the photos. Lots of patio terrace furniture for alfresco dining or hanging out. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. Most nights, we were the only house with lights on. The house is impeccably clean and well maintained and the kitchen was very well stocked for any of your culinary pursuits. There is a den with literally the widest selection of books you can imagine. No need to bring one along from home! We walked to Oyster Pond beach most days which was about a mile away. It's small so no idea what it's like in season. No sidewalks and you walk on the edge of the road so maybe not best for small children, wagons or strollers. We also walked into Chatham main street most nights for after dinner ice cream at Brick's. A little over a mile to get there I would guesstimate. We spent most of our time traveling from one end of the Cape to the other trying see places people had recommended, stopped at numerous beautiful beaches and checked out a number towns. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It was so fun seeing the seals at the Chatham Fishing Pier! Everywhere we went there were so many iconic beautiful New England sites. Fave places to eat were Wequosset Resort outdoor terrace overlooking the beach, Mac's Seafood YUM YUM - went there a bunch!!! We had a drink at Chatham Bars Inn - awesome view and really enjoyed Moby Dick's in Wellington - so awesome! Too many other places to check out and not enough time, but we know we will be back. We would definitely rent from Paul again!

My family and i just returned from an amazing week in Chatham. It was our first time back since the pandemic. We have stayed at several homes in the past and this one was just perfect for our needs. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our 4 children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The owner was very accommodating, always reachable and very nice to deal with. The kitchen was well equipped, and so many rooms to either gather together, spread out or hide in. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. It was very peaceful and an Easy walk to Oyster pond and Main St. We were all very happy and comfortable.
It was wonderful to have my family together in one house. We look forward to visiting again, hopefully next year. Our week in Chatham is a special time for us and its homes like this one, and people like Paul that help make the week so easy and special.

This was our 4th year at this perfect family vacation home. The location...which can't be beat...is walking distance to town and Oyster Pond. The extra large backyard and patio are great spaces for all ages. We spent most evenings gathering for dinner as a family in the large sun room and then enjoying all the outdoor spaces. The home is spacious with bedrooms, bathrooms and ample living spaces for families of all sizes. Paul is a great landlord and will answer any/all questions. Inlet Drive is a lovely, quiet street and we highly recommend this home!

We stayed July 2022 and 2023 with multiple families. The house was spacious and accommodated our group perfectly. The location was so picturesque and amazing. You could walk or bike into town and the water view from the rooftop deck is beautiful. Paul is one of the most responsive and friendly people I have rented from. He was always quick to respond to my inquiries and really cared about making sure that we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this house.

We just returned from our stay at Paul's oasis. This has been our second consecutive family vacation with our adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The house allows us to have some private spaces as well as communal times together. The house is located close to Oyster Pond and a short drive to Lighthouse beach as well as Coast Guard Beach. This yearly vacation is something I look forward to and hope to have many more to come.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Paul's house in Chatham. Beautiful home in the perfect location - was like staying in a classic New England country inn with all the modern-day amenities. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out, though we found ourselves gravitating to be together in many rooms to enjoy the water and wildlife views from this beautifully appointed home.

House was spotless when we arrived, and Paul is very responsive and helpful with any questions. Chatham in springtime was wonderful - great shopping, restaurants, and beautiful sunsets with no crowds. Can't wait to come back again!

My family was lucky to vacation in this home during 3 summers. Why: each family unit has its own great, full bath and spacious bedroom; the home has the best location -10 minute walk to either picturesque Oyster Pond Beach, spectacular Chatham Lighthouse or to the robust, quaint Chatham Center. The home is in a well landscaped, spaced out, quiet neighborhood.
There are water views from the second floor balcony and the roof deck. The home has amazing furnishings and is so well appointed with impressive art and paintings displayed in all rooms. Each room has a TV. In 50 + years of vacationing around the country, this home offers the best of everything!!

Very nice home in a location convenient ( walking distance) to Chatham Center and Mill Pond, well maintained and clean.
Owner is very easy to deal with and is accessible and responsive to any issues which arise.
The house is great for a large family vacation. It sleeps approximately 15 people, and has 4 separate sitting areas to easily accommodate varying interests ( table games, card games, watching sports events, children activities vs adult interests).
Dining room and large table in adjacent sunroom to facilitate large family dining.
Good backyard for games, patio for sunbathing, sitting and BBQ.
All family members (11) found beds to be comfortable.( In our experience that is often not the case with vacation rentals. ). The neighborhood is quiet.

This was our 3rd year here. This is the perfect home for a gathering of extended family of all ages. Enough bedrooms and baths for everyone to have some privacy. The location is superb! We walk into town in the morning and walk to Oyster Pond for a day at the beach. The location is great for bike rides to Lighthouse Beach and Monomoy Wildlife Refuge. Everyone enjoyed the home, the patio and the yard. Paul is the most helpful and communicative landlord and just a pleasure to work with. We will be returning next year!

The home offered us a place to spread out, play games, cook, BBQ , ride bikes and just relax. This week brought us an opportunity to bring our daughter from NYC, son from Boston and our son from CT all together with their families. The cousin crew ages 1 through 7 had a blast. Our last night we toasted our good fortune on the rooftop deck. This was our first extended family vacation and we hope to repeat it again next year.

We rented Paul's house last week and had such a wonderful week! We are a family of 8 adults and 2 babies and the house was absolutely perfect for the size of our group. There was something for everyone - large spaces to play games and enjoy meals together; and also quiet spaces for those that needed to step away and do some work, read a book, or meditate. The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked for the chefs in the family. The grounds and outdoor space were beautiful, and we loved relaxing, enjoying the views, and watching the sunset in the evenings from the expansive roof deck.

We thoroughly appreciated the location of Paul's home. We enjoyed daily morning walks on "the loop" - an easy walk into town to get coffee and breakfast and stop at lighthouse beach before looping back to the house. The location was perfect as a home base for either walking or a quick drive to lighthouse beach or oyster pond (awesome for kids!), or trips into town for shopping, dining, and ice cream.

Check in was extremely easy and Paul was very responsive. The information booklet was very comprehensive. The house was immaculate when we arrived and everyone was in total awe and excitement over the space. We had no issues at all during our stay.

As a family that grew up staying in Chatham in the summer with our grandparents, it was a very special week to re-live our memories and share them with our next generation. We can't wait to rent Paul's home again! The house far exceeded our expectations.

Can't say enough good things about our two-week stay at the house. Great setup for those times you want to be all together - and those you don't :-0 Hardest decision was usually which of the many "living areas" one wanted to hang out in. I personally gravitated to the very sunny room off the Kitchen looking out on the beautiful yard!

It's a rare thing to find a house that can comfortably accommodate a family of ten. This property offers plenty of space (for gathering and for solitude), a well-equipped kitchen with gas range for dining in, and a great location for venturing out. The heating worked very well against the winter weather. (We even had flurries one morning!)

Throughout the rental process, Paul was kind and communicative. He answered all our questions, no problem. I'm so glad we were able to spend our Christmas here!

This home and homeowner were fabulous. There were 8 of us and plenty of rooms to spread out !! We walked every day towards the water, or into the charming town of Chatham. It's beautiful there and the house was the cleanest home we have rented ever!

We just finished an awesome week at Paul's place. The house was beautiful in a PERFECT location with every amenity we could need. Paul was super helpful and was great with communication. I would recommend the space to anyone!

We wanted to have a multi-generational week on the Cape. (Thirteen of us including two infants.) This house was perfect! Easy to book and check-in was a breeze. Our reaction was an amazing "wow" when we arrived. The location is exceptional and just gorgeous.

The house itself was large enough that everyone could have "their space" but plenty of common areas for visiting. We made some amazing memories and would return in a heartbeat.

Finally, Paul is super helpful and quick to respond. Great to work with.

Our extended family (three couples and a child) stayed at this lovely house for our annual Cape Cod summer vacation. This home was great for our needs. It has multiple common areas so people can really spread out, which came in handy since it was quite rainy/cloudy for most of our stay. There are nice outdoor spaces as well.

The beds are comfortable and the place was impeccably clean. It's very quiet at night and the A/C works well. I was a bit worried about pet hair etc since the property allows some pets but that didn't seem to be a problem. An easy walk to oyster pond, and downtown Chatham too, though I wouldn't do this in the dark since part of the road doesn't have sidewalks.

We will be going back next year!

We had a wonderful week! House is very spacious even for a party of eleven adults. It is nicely decorated and convenient. Kitchen is very well stocked, grounds are beautifully landscaped, everything is sparkling clean. House has enough rooms to give privacy to those unlucky ones who have to continue working during the week and enough space for those who came to relax full time.

There are tons of opportunities for recreation activities in the area. Bike trail and rentals are nearby, canoe or paddle board can be launched in a walking distance from the house or you can take a short drive to different beach every day.

One week was not enough to explore everything. It was hard to leave!

My family and I, including our dog and in-laws, had a wonderful spring vacation in Chatham! Paul was great to work with and booking was very easy. The house is spacious, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed playing games in the sun room and outside in the large yard. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to make family meals (or just plate the takeout we ordered). The upstairs family room was a great spot for movie nights.

The weather was beautiful so we took walks to the ponds nearby and Lighthouse Beach. We enjoyed an afternoon of shopping in Chatham - Candy Manor was a big hit with my youngest daughter, I loved the local bookstore, and we all found something at Ben Franklin. We hope to stay again in the future!

We loved staying at McGrath's special spot on Mill Pond! It was the best location, best service and best feeling to be sharing such a warm, large, clean, beautiful home!

My wife and I were looking for a place to get away and relax during the winter months. This home in Chatham was everything we could have asked for and more! Every part of this house came as advertised and the surrounding town was as peaceful and serene as we had hoped. Working with Paul was a joy. Paul was accommodating and helpful in offering recommendations for places to eat and sights to see.

I look forward to coming back to Chatham and staying in this beautiful property again.

From the first phone call with Paul to the day we departed- everything was perfect. The house was exceptionally clean, well stocked with dishes, pans, etc.- even hand sanitizer, gloves, new sponges- everything we needed during Covid. Paul went out of his way to be sure that we were well informed and well stocked with all items needed.

Highly recommend this house for a gathering, lots of room to gather and lots of room to spread out. We hope to return next Thanksgiving!

Since it seems all the reviews for this property are 5 Star, here is another but I'll try not to repeat what others have said. We flew up from Florida the day after Labor Day for our 3+ week stay. Adult children with 3+ year old granddaughter drove down from Boston and other son flew up from DC for a week+. We had a total of 8 Covid tests for the 6 of us, and fully complied with MA rules so avoided quarantine requirements. Of the five adults, four are working, including this 73-year old, and a great feature of this large house is the space to work. I used the downstairs Great Room (Office). One son used the formal living room and Boston kids used the upstairs Great Room. Grandmother (Nona) often watched the little one in the Library or downstairs Sun Room.

Due to Covid, we never ventured out to eat and used the well appointed kitchen for all meals and had breakfast in the Sun Room and dinner in the formal Dining Room. This is where the large kitchen (and spare refrigerator) came in very handy. A very nice feature is the fact that the road is very quite with only limited local traffic. Finally, Paul, the owner, is instantaneously responsive (via text in our case) for any issues that may come up. Together, we worked on improving WiFi coverage through the house, needed for all the computers in far flung places, and the smart TVs, and minor other things that inevitably arise. All in all, you will not be disappointed if you ever have the opportunity of staying in this beautiful property.

This house was perfect for a group (couples and a dog) looking to escape the city for a week. Our dog had endless fun in the huge backyard. The roof deck can't be matched by any house in Chatham. The location is one of the best parts. So close to downtown and Lighthouse Beach, you really do get the best of both worlds. We hope to come back for years to come!

We had a wonderful three weeks at this home. The rooms were just as shown on the website. Once inside they are more attractive as you can see how they all flow together. We have rented some fine homes at Cape Cod in 12 of the last 14 years; this was the finest.

Awesome house! Three years ago, we rented this house for our eldest daughter's wedding and it worked so well we rented it again for our second daughter's wedding.

The home is beautiful and spacious and fit our family and friends very well. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. We have used the upstairs sun room for the bride and bridesmaids. It worked beautifully.

If you could rate a "Perfect 10", this ideally located Chatham Home is it in every way. For two weeks we greatly appreciated having our four small family units having the ability to spread out, to get together in choice family rooms for game nights, to have large full baths, to view the spectacular scenery from the roof deck, to walk to Chatham Lighthouse and Center; to have beautiful landscaped yard front and back for tossing a ball, badminton or frisbee and to be a few walking minutes from the beach.

In essence, "Perfect" anytime of year!!

This beautiful and spacious home is centrally located to all things desirable in Chatham. It's walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and a very short drive to Lighthouse Beach. Chatham Shores Golf is an equally short drive away and a wonderful little course for nine holes, especially if you have kids playing with you. No tee times, no waits and $20 for nine. A typical day was an early morning stroll to town to get a coffee, then off to the beach, back to the house for a quick rinse off in the outdoor shower, off to the golf course and back to the house for a glass of wine and dinner on the patio, followed by a cigar with my father on the rooftop deck looking at the stars. I have stayed often on the Cape and booked homes that looked great online, but disappointed when I arrived. This house was the opposite. It exceeded the expectations that the online pictures created. There are so many places for family to gather, or to go off on your own for a nap, or to read or to do a jigsaw puzzle. There were ten of us and more than enough room. The house is endless and wonderfully furnished. Every kitchen utensil, plate, pot, dish, bowl and cup that you could need is in the kitchen. Paul, the owner, was friendly, accessible and attentive. A truly memorable week.

We just stayed at this exquisite home over a long weekend while celebrating our daughter's wedding. The expansive number of rooms allowed for our extended family to sleep comfortably and privately. We set up some areas as "dressing rooms," and we had ample space for hair and make up. The photographer was so impressed with the beautiful grounds, it made for perfect pictures (the homeowner went out of his way to ensure the grounds were meticulously manicured!) As an added bonus there are two patios and a roof deck offering plenty of outdoor seating. Several rooms offer charming water views! The location was perfect, as many of our events took place near down town Chatham. The large driveway is able to accommodate multiple cars easily and efficiently. This home is not only exquisitely decorated but it exudes a feeling of warmth and provided us with a place where we were able to create cherished memories during this special time. We enjoyed our visit so much we hope to return in the future for a family reunion or group vacation!

This is our 4th stay at this fantastic property in Chatham and it did not disappoint. We are a group of 8 older women who spent a get-away weekend at this wonderful property. Although the weather did not cooperate for outside activities (lots of rain and wind), the house provided us with everything we needed for a great weekend. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, enjoyed our meals in the roomy dining room, crafted in the sunroom which was bright despite the outside conditions and watched movies in the large, comfy upstairs room. The furniture throughout the house (including beds) is very comfy, the bathrooms are great, and the entire house is immaculate. The chilly conditions forced us to use the heat for the first time and we were all very comfortable. A bonus is the wildlife in the backyard. We saw turkeys, fox and deer.

The owners are wonderful and attentive to any questions or concerns that may come up. We will definitely return! I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing stay in Chatham.

A wedding celebration weekend - lovely property - beautiful grounds -wonderfully walkable neighborhood

I just returned from spending 3 days at this wonderful home with 7 of my friends. This is the second time we have rented and it didn't disappoint. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed with anything you need for a comfortable stay. The home is large enough for everyone to spread out if looking for privacy, but the dining room, sunroom, and upstairs room are large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Kitchen is well equipped and comfortable to prepare meals. The grounds are pleasant and well maintained, providing privacy from neighbors. There are multiple outside areas to enjoy the fresh air and watch the wildlife and birds. The owners are attentive and accommodating. We absolutely love it. A wonderful place for old and young, families and friends to gather. We will certainly return!!

I hosted a reunion for ten college friends at this fabulous home. We are all 65 years young and hadn’t seen each other in a long time. This location was perfect! There was enough room for each of us to have our own beds. There was a large all season porch that we spent many happy hours in. The 4 gorgeous bathrooms worked out so well! The patio and grounds are lovely. This home would be perfect for a family reunion or for 3 or 4 families to share. There are so many lovely rooms that you will never feel that you need more space. In addition, the location is close to so many Cape activities and places to go. We also enjoyed the dining options in the area. We truly had a wonderful long weekend and highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed visiting this property for an end of summer getaway. The listing photographs give an excellent preview of all of the charm that makes this property a special destination. We especially enjoyed the picturesque backyard with its lovely natural elements that attract beautiful butterflies and birds. Paul was easily accessible throughout our booking process and stay at the home.

What a special place. Walk to the beach, walk to town, walk to the park. Perfect location. Tons of room, updated bathrooms, lots of kitchen supplies, beautiful yard, great roof deck with partial water views. Really enjoyed ourselves and already looking at dates when we can return next year.

If you want convenience of walking to town and beaches you found your destination. Easy bike ride to light house beach and outermost harbor. With some stunning views. The house is perfect. Most important there are four full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. No fighting after long day at beach who gets first. Backyard large enough to play games with kids or not kids. Plenty of rooms for hanging out. Plus there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs for anyone traveling with older people. Most of the older homes in Chatham have crazy narrow and steep stairs. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Also plenty of dining spots. Also met Paul and his wife. Lovely people to deal with. Would have given more stars if I could.

We loved the spacious home for a large family group that included children. Being able to walk into town made it a great location and walking to a beach for the little ones was an extra perk. Very responsive landlord who was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful home located on a beautiful property in a very central locale! This house is much bigger than appears in photos and easily accommodated our party of 10 adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of sleeping options and ample room to spread out. Great spaces to be alone and curl up with a book or a Red Sox game or to convene in large groups both indoors and out. The furniture and decor were beautiful and comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. There were multiple gas grills for cooking... a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, and appliances.... plenty of parking... games... tv's... just about everything to make our family gathering a memorable, easy, comfortable stay! The owner, Paul, offered great customer service and was always at the other end of an email to answer questions. Close to Main Street and beaches, the Chatham Bars Inn and many restaurants and shops. An ideal location for stroller rides and walks. We would highly recommend this lovely home on a quiet private way. Thank you, Paul, and family!

We spent a girls weekend at this gorgeous home and enjoyed every minute. Beds were great, kitchen had everything needed for cooking, enough rooms to sneak away for private time and beautiful outside space to enjoy nature. Owner was very attentive and easy to deal with. Absolutely fantastic!!

We stayed in this home for a week, 14 of us, for a family reunion; my husband and I, our children and their spouses, and our grandchildren. The generous space along with places for privacy or quiet conversation offered a variety of opportunities. For example, I spoke with my 13 year old granddaughter quietly, and I watched my daughter and 7 year old grandson play in the snow, right outside the sunroom, We cooked with ease and joy, as the kitchen offered utensils , pots and pans for every need. The bedrooms and bathrooms, the living spaces, the upstairs deck, the views were all quite spectacular. The listing description was accurate and the property was immaculate. The owner was extremely responsive . I recommend this rental as a comfortable and beautiful setting for your adventures on our beloved Cape Cod.

Pleasure to say we had a wonderful experience on our recent stay at Cape. Starting with beautiful landscape to well equipped Kitchen to luxurious living rooms, spotless bathrooms and spacious bed rooms. It turned out to be more then we expected as depicted on the website. The Sun room and Backyard patio was THE BEST! Downtown Chatham and clean beaches was all worthwhile.We highly recommend this beautiful house to have the best experience at Cape.

Stayed at Paul's house with a group of Harvard Business School students over labor day weekend. We came with sky-high expectations given the property's phenomenal reviews - and they were surpassed. The house is simply stunning. The furniture is so beautiful, and there's everything you could possibly need and WAY more available (about 5 different sets of wine / champagne glasses e.g.). Feels like luxury stay at a mansion. It's very obvious that Paul himself spends time here, and this couldn't be further from a "summer rental" home. This brings me to Paul himself - Paul is wonderful. Super responsive throughout, and very kind. He took care of my every concern, no matter how minute. The last day, he even let us stay longer than originally agreed to because we wanted to drive back later. House itself is in absolutely fabulous location, easy walk to town and beach. The street the house is on is one of the nicest streets in Chatham. I'm very thankful Paul let us be his guests, and we'll be certain to be back soon.

This is a lovely, immaculate home with abundant spaces both inside and outside to relax. The kitchen is well stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals at home. Perfectly located on a private road a short walk from town, the beach and many restaurants. The owner, Paul, was very responsive to our many questions and was extremely helpful in making suggestions for places to eat and sights to see. I highly recommend!

Paul's house has a great backyard and is in a great location! We were able to play lawn games and grill outside! He also had everything we needed for a lobster boil which was great!

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, essentially no traffic. The posted picture does not it justice, it feels larger. The house is furnished with love and attention to detail. All things worked fine and the very good german washing machine and dryer in the large basement are a nice plus. Chatham and the beaches are in walking distance. We would love to go back .

We stayed at this beautiful property during Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The house was well-equipped and there are many rooms to gather and spread around. This house provides all the room and amenities we needed when our group (12 ladies) visited Chatham this spring. When we arrived the house was very clean and the owner had provided instructions for us. We cooked several evenings and the kitchen was well stocked (lots of plates, glasses, etc.). Lovely neighborhood; easy walk to Main St. and shopping. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend.

This was the best house our gang of 12 has found. We're mostly seniors so we need comfortable beds and this beautiful home has 10 of them. Even the two additional sofa beds were good. Very good kitchen for our chefs, two gas grills, TVs everywhere, four full baths. And multiple sitting rooms with TVs so if you want to spread out in the evening there's plenty of room. The house is absolutely fabulous! The house is very comfortable and was able to sleep a lot of people. Our daughters wedding was last weekend and we were able to use the upstairs room for the bridesmaids and bride. I highly recommend it!

Stunning home away from home

We had a sibling reunion and felt truly lucky to rent this beautiful house. The other reviews are very accurate: spacious, very clean, wonderful warm decor (the photos don't do it justice), with many rooms for a large party to gather in but also spread out in (especially the sun room, game room/den up stairs, library off the first floor master bedroom, beautiful roof deck). Very well equipped kitchen and we are avid cooks. Perfect location - quiet and private street, we walked to town, to Oyster Pond, to Lighthouse Beach. Chatham was a lovely town for us - especially enjoyed Monomoy Wildlife Refuge, Chatham Fish Pier Market, walking on Main St . The owner Paul is a delight to work with, answered our many questions, and was very responsive. This was the perfect house for our group (7 kids, 8 adults) - highly recommend.

Chatham Vacation

The home is in a wonderful area of Chatham, with great access to town, beaches, and other areas of Cape and islands. We had lots of room to spread out. Very clean, well organized and comfy. The week went by too fast! We definitely recommend this home for a fun vacation on Cape Cod!

Fabulous House for a Fabulous Vacation

I am a Canadian resident looking to explore Chatham and Cape Cod. I booked this house for four weeks and had a wonderful time. During that time various family members visited and for 10 days there were 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms (5) and baths (4) plus an outside shower so we were all very comfortable. Spent time at the National Sea Shore, Provincetown for whale watching and touring on the Pedicabs, day trip to Nantucket and many good meals at various restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is very convenient to the Oyster Pond, Lighthouse Beach and the quaint and beautiful downtown Chatham. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was nicely decorated with all the amenities. The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs. Highly recommend this to others.

Wonderful wedding week

This is a wonderful house. When we arrived it was immaculate. It is spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone. The many seating areas are comfortable and inviting. The beds are also comfortable. Paul was helpful and available when we had a question. We never felt like we were in a rental. This truly is a home away.

Beautiful and Amazing property. VERY VERY CLEAN!

Our family loved their stay in Chatham. We brought our boat and were lucky enough to get a mooring at Stage Harbor. The kids loved going to the beach on the boat. We also brought our kayak. So much fun!! We loved the house and our best memory is with our grandkids preparing dinner for us and serving it on the deck on the roof. They loved preparing the dinner and the weather was perfect on the deck for a dinner outside. The house was wonderful for our family and the back yard was perfect for soccer games which the grandkids played every day after the beach. The town of Chatham is wonderful for concerts and art festivals which we enjoyed. And, who could forget shopping!!!! Loved the shopping and we bought Chatham signs for the entire family. Love this spacious, special Chatham rental home!!

Our extended family has gathered for a family reunion in Chatham for many, many years and this home has been our primary location for 25 years, including the first two weeks of July this year. We love that the house is on the very private, scenic and centrally located Inlet Road, near Oyster Pond and town, and with access to the Mill Pond at the bottom of the road. The house itself easily accommodates 8-10 people in its five bedrooms, which for us means two families plus occasional guests. The big kitchen and screened sun porch are perfect for daily use, as well as for some of our larger family dinners and celebrations. We can’t forget a couple of other favorite amenities that we also take full advantage of – the outdoor shower (truly delightful, often with an afternoon breeze) and the large roof deck that is ideal for a daytime view of the area or evening drinks under the stars (more the latter for our family). The house also has a nice front yard and big backyard where our kids have grown up running around and playing lots of games. This is truly a special, spacious, well-appointed home — ideal for larger groups or a multi-family set-up like ours. We love this rental home!

Great Wedding Week Location!!

We rented the Stage Harbor Water View property for a wedding week and were blown away with its accommodations, back yard, overall comfort for 12 of us and owner responsiveness…it was BETTER than the listing description!! We all spread out into various bedrooms and everyone felt they had great privacy and sleeping conditions. The home is expansive with great living, dining, TV and bedroom areas and the kitchen is large with everything you could possibly need for cooking, prep and serving. And the backyard is a highlight - many games and activities for both adults and children. We are already planning for a First Anniversary Celebration next year…. it was such a great time and we want to stay there again!!

Truly Exceptional Rental

This house was rented for a siblings reunion. The house was beyond what we expected: nicely decorated, very spacious, lovely setting. One never knows when renting online but we felt we hit pay dirt with this one. The accommodations are truly exceptional.

Perfect!

My son was getting married at a family home in the area and I was looking for a large home to accommodate my family(my husband and myself, my three adult children and their guests and my sister and brother in law) for several days. This house was perfect! Five large bedrooms and four full baths allowed for all of us to get ready for events comfortably. The living areas were very large and perfectly appointed- the house is so much larger than it appears in pictures! Paul was so informative and gracious! I would definitely recommend this property and in fact, we hope to rent again in the future.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

We celebrated a 70th birthday during an extended weekend and it was the perfect location and house for it. Plenty of space for downtime, plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. We also had two small children and there was enough space and rooms for them to explore and quietly take a nap! Close to downtown and just a short drive to the beach/lighthouse. We thank Paul for being accommodating and available for questions. We would recommend it!

Spacious and beautifully decorated house

We rented the house over the President's Day weekend with another four families. There were 10 adults and 5 teenagers and we never felt cramped. There are multiple large living areas allowing the kids and parents to hang out without getting in each other's way. Every room was set up very tastefully and impeccably clean. We were caught in the blizzard that hit the region over the weekend, so we stayed indoors the entire time. The many windows and the gorgeous living area on the second floor gave us a first-hand view of the fury of nature. Never did we feel claustrophobic which could be attributed to the open and airy layout of the house. Everyone felt this was a great trip and we left enthusiastically talking about coming back again when the weather got warmer. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Classic New England Retreat

Our group of 10 ladies were completely at home in this lovely, meticulously groomed home. Everything was more than we could have hoped for......from the updated kitchen and baths to the stately parlor areas and grand master bedrooms. This home is easy to access from the main part of Chatham in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and great restaurants. I cannot imagine that anyone would not find it comfortable and inviting. Rather than feeling like a 'rental', it feels like visiting a dear friend in a tranquil setting. The owner is a dream to work with....available to answer any questions or concerns. No amenities are lacking. Bring your toothbrush and settle in. We all want to return.

Awesome Family Vacation

What a beautiful setting for an awesome family vacation! Our kids all brought a friend or two and had a great time just hanging out in the beautiful backyard playing games all week. The house was very spacious and cozy and the kitchen was a perfect size. The location made travel easy to all the local beaches and we could easily carry our kayaks down to Mill Pond. We would hightly recommend this home if you want to have your own "Awesome Family Vacation". Thanks to Paul who was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay!

This property is in a great location, very quiet and close to downtown Chatham. Plenty of room for a large family. The yard was perfect for the kids to play and very nice outside area to sit and relax. My only downside was the lighting was not the best, too many switches to figure out! We would definitely rent this property again.

Exceptional Family Oriented Home - This beautiful, elegant home is located in Chatham, our favorite town on Cape Cod. Our family of 17 was very much at home spread comfortably throughout the many spacious rooms. The well-equipped kitchen, and the large family room adjoining the outdoor patio with the BBQ provided everything we could possibly want for a special birthday celebration. The large, manicured back yard was a great setting for the many children’s activities. The home is extremely convenient to shops, restaurants, and several local beaches. Inquiries to the owner prior to our arrival were promptly addressed, providing many helpful suggestions for us to consider. His willingness and generosity to accommodate a special request was greatly appreciated. Our family felt fortunate to have enjoyed such a truly lovely home. We left with many fond memories. We would recommend this home without reservation, and look forward to a return visit.

Beautiful Spot - a spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. We were 8 people, 3 generations of one family, but the home could have housed several more with comfort. It is on a beautiful property, quiet and secluded, and yet a short walk to the town centre. We could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommended !!!

A wonderful home for a family retreat or reunion!
What a charming home! Very cosy, spacious and clean, with a stylish impressionist look and feel to it. Beautiful kitchen and a great sunny patio. The grounds are astonishing! The location is great, very close to Chatham's main street, restaurants and hiking and biking trails. Even at this chilly April we enjoyed our vacation in this outstanding property. Great Family Weekend!!
What a perfect place to spend the weekend with the entire family for a special birthday! We found it cozy and comfortable. The fireplaces were perfect, the roof deck was breathtaking and the claw-foot tub was the weekend favorite. I would highly recommend the home for any family or group. The house was everything we had hoped for as it easily accommodated the entire family in the spacious kitchen and family room, while at the same time provided plenty of beautiful rooms for us all to find a quiet nook. We built some great family memories and would all highly recommend this property!

Cooking around the island in the state of the art kitchen makes food prep a pleasure. This home was the ideal setting for our annual college reunion of friends!

Wonderful weekend! Golf, friends & great home.
This was the perfect home for our close friends and golf getaway. We all love the well appointed home, had everything we needed and more. We even watched our Red Sox win their way to the World Series!!!! Our favorite restaurant, "Impudent Oyster" was a hit for everyone. Cooked one meal in the great kitchen. We will go back again next fall.

Excellent location and home!
The location was excellent and close to surrounding towns like Harwich, Dennis, etc. The picture do not begin to do the house justice. The house was beautiful and contained everything and any thing that you could wish for - from spices to games. It is a well maintained immaculate home that you'll be wishing was yours the minute you step in the front door. When you first pull up it looks like it is going to be a small home but when you walk in and go from room to room, you can't imagine where all the space comes from. Wish we had signed up for a full week instead of a long weekend but we are definitely going to try to make it an annual long weekend getaway if nothing else. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for some place to stay on the Cape. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing vacation homeOh my goodness, what an amazing place. We booked this house as from the pictures and description it was everything we wanted (and that there was an Irish flag, and the owner shares the same last name :-) ). It was even more beautiful than expected. After our wedding, We had family from Ireland and CT staying over. Our first night we had 16 of us, and then 12 the rest of the week. The house was immaculate from top to bottom. It had enough space to fit everyone more than comfortably. We were able to cook and grill almost every night in the huge kitchen. We sat out on the beautiful rooftop deck some afternoons, and out on the patio every eve. The yard was pristine! Every day we took walks around enjoying the different sights. We were close enough to Main St Chatham, and grocery stores were convenient drive. It felt like a short drive to P-town, and other area attractions and there was also a number of beaches to choose from in any direction. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Perfect home for a reunionWe just returned from a wonderful reunion with ten college friends made perfect by this beautiful home in Chatham. The accommodations were just as described in the listing - only better! The location is convenient to beaches, town and restaurants and the views from the roof deck are gorgeous. On our daily morning walks we found charming ponds, beaches and lovely surroundings. The property is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The owners are gracious and always provided prompt replies and excellent recommendations. We hope to return with our family and another college reunion and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking accommodations for a large group.

Better than advertised-clean, spacious and elegant
This better than advertised home sits on a marvelous location and was clean, spacious and elegant. In my opinion there is no better place to vacation on Cape Cod than Chatham. We celebrated our 50th Wedding anniversary and this home and the owner were key to making the celebration a truly memorable one. The first week we had friends visiting, the second week our immediate family and the third week we took it easy. The owners attention to detail and interest in tenants satisfaction was the best. Our favorite restaurant was at The Wequasset Inn. The Chatham Squire was great for a "pop-in" lunch and Marions Pie Shop had some great treats. Birdwatching is also superb in Chatham with the nesting plovers and terns as well as the secretive slat marsh sparrows. I highly recommend this property to others and look forward to returning again.

This property was perfect for our family vacation.
This was the first family vacation we have taken in many years and this house could not have been more perfect. The kids really enjoyed playing in the beautiful back yard. My husband and I stayed in the first floor master suite that had a connecting sitting room which was lovely. After a long day, it was nice to escape to this room. The location was also great. You felt secluded yet downtown Chatham was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this house for a large family or any other group that is looking for a nice, roomy place to stay.

We had the most wonderful vacation in Chatham and one of the main reasons was this home. It was beautifully decorated with a personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home! I have stayed in quite a few houses and hotels around the US and Europe and this one is at the top of the list. We had more room than we knew what to do with. I was travelling with 7 adults and 1 child and we could have had more people stay with us! The bedrooms were very spacious including two with large in suite bathrooms. There were also several sitting rooms for morning coffee, afternoon reading or to read a book. We were in town for a family wedding and hosted a gathering for 20+ people one evening and never felt crammed. The upstairs TV room also was a great spot for us to watch a ballgame and enjoy all the sunlight coming through the huge windows! And to top it off there was a huge roof deck with tables and chairs to enjoy the great views! The location is perfect as well -- it was a quick 2-3 minute drive into town and close enough for a leisurely walk. Paul was a very gracious host and provided extremely prompt responses to questions (I do not think I had to wait more than a few hours for a response). We were travelling with a 20 month old and Paul was able to provide a pack n play, booster seat, toys and more. I would recommend this to anyone (kids or no kids) looking to visit Chatham. If you are in search of place to stay and this is in your price range I would stop looking – I am fairly certain that you will not be disappointed. I hope to get back to Chatham and without a doubt would stay in this home again!!

I spent a weekend at Paul's fabulous home in October 2012. We were a group of ten women who meet for a weekend away each year for what we call "GUYATIS." This house exceeded our wildest expectations! It is huge, beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable and supremely located. The large gourmet kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Gas fireplaces are conveniently located in many of the rooms. The house is impeccably clean, with a rooftop deck overlooking stunning grounds.This is by far the loveliest home we have visited, and hope to rent from Paul again in the future!

What a beautiful, well appointed, comfortable home. We are a group of 7 high school friends who get together every 2 years, and this was a wonderful spot to do so. Our favorite spot was the sun room, lots of seating space, great view of the back yard, and a warming fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped. So many gathering spots within the house I'm not sure we even tried them all! A nice walk into town. Very quiet for sleeping. I highly recommend this home for any large group. Our favorite restaurant, Pisces, a short drive from the house. Great pub food at the Red Nun, with in walking distance. Lots of day trips ie. Provincetown, Nantucket, Hyannis, The National Seashore, within close proximity.

Kathy and I spent a week this fall in Paul’s Chatham Village home and we were extremely satisfied with everything. The grounds are immaculate, the interior well furnished and exquisitely decorated. All amenities were of the highest quality. This would be an ideal home for a large group get together. The town of Chatham is quaint and close. We enjoyed long walks on Chatham Lighthouse Beach (close to home) where we were able to observe many seal pods cavorting in the ocean. (Ocean side). I just returned home from spending a week at Paul's house in Chatham. We had 9 fraternity brothers (1970 grads) and wives who met there for a reunion. One couple is local, 3 couples stayed at the Cranberry Inn for a long weekend, and we had 5 couples in Paul's house for the week. Best vacation I ever had because all aspects were splendid. The house wants for nothing. It is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. It is located in a secluded and quiet area with almost no traffic. We all cooked / dined at the house Sunday evening. The kitchen is spacious and well supplied with all your cooking needs (pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc.) There are way more than enough place settings, glassware, etc. Seating was spacious also. The home accomodated our group with ease. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, we never ran out of hot water, and everyone said their beds were very comfortable. The two patios were used a lot and the roof deck patio is a perfect place to sip wine and watch stars on a nice evening. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. The rear yard is expansive and secluded and looks as tho it could accomodate a circus tent. Sixteen electrical outlets are in the corners of the yard for all your outdoor needs. Six couples grilled chicken one evening on Paul's propane grill which was clean and worked perfectly. Many of us rode bikes or walked daily........walking to town was common. I recommend you visit the shops in Chatham, Provincetown (we explored, took the "dunes" tour which was super, and ate at the Red Inn (best filet I ever had). We golfed at The Captain's in Brewster and Cranberry Valley in Harwich? Both nice tracks. Ours was a non-stop week filled with laughter and camraderie........and too much food and wine. If you are coming to the Cape with a group, old or young, I would highly recommend Paul's house as a haven for your trip. Use your imagination.........this house can handle way more than groups such as ours. Paul, thanks for a fabulous Cape Cod vacation!!!!!

The home is beautiful and the landscaping is fabulous. We had a group of 14 ladies that travel every year and this was their favorite home. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is close to everything. Even with 14 people, the home was so large we didn't even use 2 of the rooms. It had everything we needed, the furnishings were lovely, and we enjoyed the outdoor patio. The owner is extremely easy to contact and will provide help if you need it about the area or anything you need for the house. Our group highly recommends this home!!!!!!!!!

The website description and photos were helpful, the house clean and well maintained. Paul was really helpful in the months leading up to the trip, answering questions about the house and the area. We entertained 14 family and friends, from Connecticut and Chicago area, comfortably in the house. Everyone had privacy and comfort, and there were several natural group gathering areas where we all could enjoy our time together. The house was beautiful, the setting peaceful, and provided a wonderful vacation spot for a large number of people. We would highly recommend this property.

This house was a great choice for two large families to share. It is spacious and beautiful with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Although the photos are accurate, the house is even better in person. The property was clean and well-maintained. We were in Chatham for a wedding, and Paul graciously allowed us to host a catered welcome party for guests who arrived a day early; the back yard was a perfect setting. He also went out of his way to return some items that were left at the house which we greatly appreciated. Our whole experience was positive and I highly recommend this property.

We rented this property for a family reunion that included ages from 70's down to a 4 year old. It was a pleasure to stay at this home, and all of us left there with a desire to return in the future! There was plenty of room for all family units, with many options for both privacy and large group dinners. The property is very clean and well maintained. We have rented houses on the Cape in the off season for several years and it was so pleasant to find one that met or exceeded our expectations and its advertisements. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived and had so much room for the kids to play in without getting too far away. The kitchen worked great for preparing some large meals and had most of the items we needed although we did bring some of our own larger pans to be safe. The town is within walking distance of less than a mile and the beach is even closer. We would definitely recommend the property to others and look forward to going back in the future.

Great house for hosting family reunions. Our group consisted of 9 adults and 5 children and everybody had comfortable arrangements. I was concerned our 2 year old twins would keep the others up at night but the large Study off the MasterSuite converted nicely to a private nursery. Plenty of spacious rooms with character. Great kitchen area/amenities. Nice yard for the kids to play outside too. An easy walk to downtown Chatham. LOCATION!. LOCATION! LOCATION! We can't wait to hold our Annual Family Reunion here again.

A group of friends rented this lovely house to celebrate a birthday and to enjoy Chatham during the Christmas season. The house accommodates a crowd wonderfully! We thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs family room and easily had a seat-down dinner for 12 in the dining room. It's also a great location - we were able to walk to town, Chatham Bars Inn and the Lighthouse.

bsolutely beautiful and fantastic place for our family get together. Great kitchen facilities. Three places to eat downstairs including formal dining room. Cooked in almost every night but took advantage of fantastic places to visit nearby. Close to Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis Port and Newport, Rhode Island mansions not to mention the local villages with so much charm. Restaurants nearby excellent. Fish markets will cook live lobsters and crack them for you to take home. Two of the large bedrooms had adjoining separate rooms as large as the bedroom itself. Large sunroom where all of us could watch television together (when there was time). Could never have had this much fun staying in hotels!!! All of the Guichets

For the past 10 yrs. my group of college friends have been renting homes in popular vacation areas. This was our first time on Cape Cod. This home was perfect for the 5 couples, it is a beautiful home located in a lovely neighborhood close to town. The property is very private with a large parking area. The sunroom was a popular room, but we also enjoyed the rooftop deck, the 3 dens and living room. We all had bikes so were able to take advantage of the rail bike trail. We were able to walk to the lighthouse and beach. We took a day trip to Martha's Vineyard out of Wood's hole, one of the couples went to Nantucket with their bikes for a day. There are golf courses within a half hour drive. We went to the National Seashore parks and spent a day in Hyannis. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends. We all agreed that Chatham is the best place to be on the Cape. The owner was very easy to work with.

Each year 9 ladies travel to different locations. This year we chose Cape Cod and decided to rent a home in Chatham as our base for exploring Cape Cod.We searched VRBO and were thrilled to find this home. Making arrangements with the owners was very easy. When we arrived at the home, we found it just as beautiful as the pictures on the website. The home is very large, centrally located and very well appointed. This home is an excellent choice for large groups.

This house made for an excellent week's vacation. The private street eliminates traffic worry and there was way more than enough room for two families. The house doesn't seem that big from the outside, however once you go in it seems to be an endless amount of space! Great location near lighthouse beach, close to oyster pond for a safe place for little ones to swim, as well as the main drag for shopping or a walk. Beautifully decorated as well. We've been to Chatham every year for the past 5 years and this was the best house yet.

We rented this house for the week after my son's wedding. We had my family come in from Ohio and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had an amazing week and the house had everything we needed. The house was clean and had all the amenities. I fell in love with Chatham and the house is close to town and the beaches. Renting this property was very easy and the process from start to finish was professional and all the information we needed was provided from beaches to shopping to deep sea fishing and whale watching and restaurants. I would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend renting this home. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

A Truly Wonderful Experience Recently my friends and I vacationed for the first time on Cape Cod, and had a truly wonderful experience. Chatham is a beautiful and picturesqe New England town with good restaurants, natural beauty and lovely shops. Paul was the perfect host for our visit. In terms of the house, it is more lovely than the pictures depict. The rooms are very nicely appointed and spacious. It felt like home-very comfortable, clean and inviting. It should also be noted that the grounds are lovely as well. One can easily stroll to the water's edge or wander into Town. Thanks for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us.

Spectacular House!!! What an absolutley spectacular house! And a wonderful setting for our 60th wedding anniversary with all the kids and grandkids. We were 11 in number and everyone slept well and played well-from cards and Boggle in front of the family room fire, or Bocci ball on the beautifully landscaped lawns or just sunning out on the rooftop deck or the comfortably furnished patios. We thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us and would love to return next year.

Can't find a negative thing to say-GREAT experience Owner was easy to communicate with and everything went well. Property was spotless and had everything we needed. It should be said that there were other properties shown to us by a realtor that offered MUCH less for the same cost. Would return to this property in a heartbeat.
