We have had a lifelong love affair with Cape Cod and especially Chatham. When presented with the opportunity to purchase Twice 24, we simply couldn't resist. We took a blank slate and made it welcoming and comfortable for all of our guests who stay here. We remodeled it, and put in many personal touches to give it a true Cape experience with a homey feeling, aiming to make all of the seating areas and beds comfortable. Based upon the reviews of all our guests so far (ow only started renting in 2019), we think we've succeeded. We are very proud of our home and sharing it has been an enjoyable experience for us.

3 Separate Living Areas so everyone can have their own space - alone or together depending on their mood.
Living Room has a large TV, 2 couches, 2 recliners and a rocking chair.
Great Room/Kitchen with a cathedral ceiling has 2 couches, a dining room table with 6 chairs, 2 counter stools at the island and a comfy rocker.
Garden Room also has a TV, a couch/coffee table, 2 chairs & table, and a game table/dining table with 4 chairs.
A very large deck provides more areas to relax and a dining table with 8 chairs and several other chairs & table.
The well-stocked kitchen provides easy dining choices.
Most of all though, this house actually feels like a home (unlike many rentals) with all the comforts of home.
