Our home is conveniently located just minutes from Ryders Cove, downtown Chatham, Lighthouse Beach, Jackknife Beach at Pleasant Bay, and the locals favorite, freshwater secret, Goose Pond! Located on a wooded lot in North Chatham, is perfectly nestled between two kettle ponds, Stillwater Pond in front of the property and Lovers Lake to the rear.

This cozy three-bedroom home has a fun bonus space above the garage. The main home was updated in 2022 with new paint, new furniture, and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. The room over the garage houses a fourth bedroom that has a separate AC unit and a beautiful European-style bathroom (renovated in 2023), making it a perfect, private getaway for in-laws, couples, teenagers, or perhaps a nanny.
