Great house for families. The house was clean and in a great location with a lot of amenities for the whole family.

We enjoyed our stay in Chatham. Betsy's house was comfortable for the nine of us and located close to the beach. Would recommend.

Betsy was incredibly attentive and supported us on several requests during the stay. The area is beautiful, only a short drive to the next beach and a huge yard for the kids to play in.

Betsy's Chatham rental was pristine and a perfect New England getaway for our extended family's annual summer trip to Cape Cod. The home was comfortable and clean in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and a short walk to the beach and quick drive to main st and other surrounding attractions including beaches, piers, hikes and more! We will definitely return! Thank you Betsy!

Betsy's house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. The house was clean and comfortable, and the 4 bedrooms were very spacious. There were plenty of games for the kids, as well as bikes, beach toys and chairs. The deck was large enough for the 8 of us to eat outside, and the yard was big enough for our daily wiffle ball games! The outdoor shower was used everyday, and the fire pit was an extra bonus, which we used to cook steaks on one night.
The house is in a great area, a short drive to both Ridgevale (our favorite), and Cockle Cove beaches, as well as downtown Chatham.
Communication with Betsy was easy, and she was always quick to respond with answers to any questions. She was also very accommodating.
We would definitely rent this house again!

We had a wonderful time at Betsy's place in Chatham. The week was perfect for biking on the trails, strolling around Chatham or driving over to Provincetown. It's a wonderful place to stay in Cape Cod.

Betsy's place is exceptionally well appointed. She had everything our family needed from kitchen supplies, towels, linens, to beach toys and bikes. Any complaints with this quality Airbnb would be nitpicking. Very close to beaches and downtown Chatham.

Betsy was a wonderful, responsive host and her home was gorgeous and accurately depicted in the photos. The layout is perfect for 2 families like we had, and the kids love playing in the spacious backyard. The home is a fantastic jump off point for all things in Chatham and Harwich (it's great to be near both downtowns without being in the middle of the congestion!), and Cockle Cove/Ridgevale Beaches are both very close by and great for kids. I would highly recommend Betsy's home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing visit!

Betsy's Chatham home cannot be beat! A clean, beautiful, and well appointed home (just as pictured), expansive yard and fire pit, plus walking distance from the beautiful Cockle Cove Beach was everything we could have wanted for our family vacation. The well stocked kitchen, excellent book collection, firewood, and plenty of beach chairs and towels were thoughtful touches and so appreciated. Betsy is a kind host and very responsive. We can't wait to return!

Betsy's home was the perfect setting for our family reunion on the Cape. Her home is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Since we traveled by plane to get there, we deeply appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards available to us. My daughter logged hours on the hammock and we had a fantastic evening by the fire pit. We would all highly recommend Betsy as a host.

Perfect house! We loved Betsy's place. It was pristinely clean and had every comfort of home, plus more. It fit our 2 families of 4 adults and 5 kids (most teenagers) very well. Everyone had their own bed and space to hangout. The backyard is ideal and we loved the fire pit. The bikes, beach chairs, toys and towels made our packing lighter and our stay so enjoyable. The beaches are very close by and convenient. We also enjoyed restaurant recommendations and shopping in Chatham.
GREAT trip to the Cape. We'll definitely be back.

This was an amazing house for an intergenerational family trip with young kids. Betsy had everything we could possibly want and more. We look forward to returning to this house again this fall and or next summer!

Lovely cosy house at a great location in the coveted Chatham area. Easy access to beaches, a warm and communicative host, wonderful selection of bikes, books and toys and a well appointed kitchen make this a great little getaway.

This home has it all: cozy vibes, bikes, outdoor dining and lounging, fire pit, nicely stocked kitchen, bunk bed room with kids toys, proximity to two great beaches and cool AC for those hot days! Highly recommend!

The house was spacious, CLEAN and had a gorgeous yard for the kids to run around in. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials and more! Games for the kids, beach toys and bicycles just to name a few. Minutes from several beaches, downtown areas, restaurants and shops.
Communication with the owner was a pleasure. You will not be disappointed!

Our family had a wonderful trip at Betsy's home. The house was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed for the week and was an excellent location for the family and young children. Would love to come back again next year.
