This home is rented in the spring and summer for a larger crowd, but this home is being offered this fall as a one bedroom, one bathroom getaway. (The upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom will be locked.) The home's first floor has a wonderful layout. You enter the front door into an inviting family room with a slider out to a deck with brand new patio furniture. The flat screen television is connect to xfinity expanded cable. From the living room you can access the large kitchen with everything you need from your morning coffee to a dinner at home. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and is across the hall from the bathroom. The first floor also boasts a large laundry room area with a washer and dryer.

The home is located at the top of a long shared driveway about 300 yards back from Chatham's Main Street (Rt 28). The home is very private and previous renters comment on the peace & quiet as well as the private deck and back of the house.

Diagonally across the street from the gravel driveway is Mill Creek Road which is a quiet side street that takes you to a scenic view of Mill Creek Landing. There are two restaurants in walking distance (Pisces Coastal Kitchen and Drifters).
