Freshly renovated and newly painted home is a quick 3 minute walk to Schoolhouse Pond, and 5 minute drive to multiple beaches.

Schoolhouse Pond is a freshwater pond that has a beach and is great for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding. Please inquire about where to rent kayaks or paddleboards for your enjoyment.

A brand new yard for the summer of 2024 which includes the addition of a fire pit, and a new lawn to relax and play yard games, the kitchen is being renovated as well. The dining area comfortably fits 6 along with a 6 person outdoor table on the back deck.

The home is Non-Smoking and features a newly furnished first floor with a large smart TV above the mantle. The large master bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen size bed and walk in closet.

On the second level, there are two more bedrooms. A queen size bed in one bedroom and four twin beds in the other, all recently renovated, along with an ample size full bath.

You will also find an outside shower perfect to start off your day or wash away sand after a day at the beach.

To ensure the most comfortable outdoor experience we have also sprayed the entire property for mosquitoes and ticks.
