With water views from every room, expansive lawns and private beach, the fully air-conditioned Point House is ideal for gatherings of extended families and old friends. A screened porch and outside deck with comfortable chairs offer front row seats to view sunrises and sunsets over Pleasant Bay as well as the daily traffic of birds, seals, and boaters.
The house is built around a center living /dining room with a fireplace, a family size table, and plenty of chairs for evening dinners or a game of cards. A large, finished attic room has four twin beds and plenty of floor space for playtime, while the finished basement area serves as TV room with adjacent laundry. There is a small deck on the south side of the house where you can sit and enjoy a view of salt pond and bay beyond or cheer on players in a game of whiffle ball, croquet, or bocci.
Located at the end of a street on Ministers’ Point, this two-acre property is in a quiet neighborhood. Walkers find miles of roads with limited traffic and great views to explore. Bikers can easily get to the Cape bike trail, which is found within a mile. The waters off our beach are well known for bass fishing. Peak seasons are late May and early June and September. The quaint town of Chatham is just two miles distant and has some of the best shopping on the Cape.

The Point House is located on a private beach in Chatham Harbor. The house has been updated to have central air conditioning in the sleeping attic and first floor.
