The home has a large kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, full bath, and laundry room on the first floor. Climb the switchback stairs to the second floor which has two more bedrooms and a full bath. The hallway has an antique sleigh bed and bookshelves for a quiet nook to read or take a nap.
From every window you will be treated to sumptuous views of mature trees, fragrant bushes, roses, and rolling lawns perfect for walks, lawn games (croquet, bocce, kickball, a game of catch, and cornhole to name a few) or just relax in one of the many sitting areas like the sunny great lawn or under the shady catalpa tree.
Three town beaches are just a short drive, bike ride or walk to Scatteree, Cotchpinicut, and the Cow Yard.
