Mike's place was flexible and very accommodating. It can be a very stressful time of year for traveling and they did an excellent job of putting us at ease. The space was perfect for our family and I would book there again.

We had an excellent stay! The house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The owners were very responsive to messages and were prompt/professional. Checking in and checking out were seamless and straightforward.

The house was well maintained with new appliances. It was clean and spacious, which worked out well for our large group. There is a foosball table in the downstairs rec room. The pond is a 1 minute walk down the road; I'd note that it's a pond more suitable for boating than swimming. Though it is paved, the road leading to the house is very narrow. On the plus side, it felt very peaceful and safe.

Somewhat surprisingly, rideshares were readily available in the area (probably a 5-10 min wait).

Great location & space. Excellent grill, fire-pit. A/Cs in every room, but the house stays pretty cool anyway with plenty of shade. Nice small deck off of the sun/piano room.

The Stillwater Pond access is great if you bring a boat -- didn't seem inviting for swimming though, even though I think water measurements were pretty clean.

The place has a well-equipped kitchen, with a 5-burner gas stove, coffee machines & toaster, and lots of pots & plates. The grill was very good, and we loved the fire-pit.

Very responsive owners. Kitchen especially well set up. House had everything we needed and more. Lovely setting.

This is a lovely spacious house with nice views of its wooded setting. There is a spacious area on the lower level with a game table for children.
This house is well stocked with household items, toiletries and paper goods. The beds are made with fresh sheets so there is no need to bring your own which is a nice feature. There is a scenic pond but no canoes or kayaks provided for use so one would need to bring their own in order to use it.
The nearest swimming beach, Hardings, is 3 1/2 miles away and the driveway is difficult to navigate for larger vehicles with no parking on the street.

This house would be fantastic for a big family with lots of little kids. It's very rustic and has two totally separate living areas, one downstairs with a foosball table and both with big TVs. The setting is very pretty and rural - trees everywhere and very very private - you can't see the neighbors' houses as I recall. Chatham is absolutely gorgeous and possibly my favorite spot on Cape Cod. It's an old historical city set on beautiful beaches (although there are more sharks here than on the Sound side of the Cape!) This house is not that far from downtown and the beaches although it would be a bit far to walk (2-3 miles). It does feel a bit secluded which can be great depending on what you are looking for. It has access to a small pond but NOT to any kayaks (which I misunderstood based on the listing). You can't see the pond from the house. The space didn't work out for us as we were only two people - we booked very last minute with limited options - and it was a bit too dated and in need of repair for us to be totally comfortable there. We moved to a hotel room., The wind blowing through the trees is beautiful and the little porch looking out onto the trees is a very pretty and serene spot! The beds were comfortable and generally the house inside was very clean with some thoughtful touches like the Cape artwork and the pillow that says "Text Your Mom" - loved that!

Great house, however it is located down a single lane road so you have to be careful coming in and out of the neighborhood. Unfortunately it wasn't a great spot for my son to ride his bike.

House has a ton of room and it fit our crew of 11 very comfortably. Hosts were also at communicating and we had everything we needed.
