This recently renovated charming condo offers a first floor open living plan featuring the family room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer. There is a sliding glass door off the dining area to access a gas grill and table for outside dining and adjacent grass area. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with full over full bunk beds that has a twin trundle bed) and a full bathroom with a tub. Both rooms offer stunning water views however the queen room features direct access to a lovely deck with high top table ideal for sunrise or sunset quiet time.

Main Street Chatham (only moments away) offers some of the Cape's best shopping, dining, and entertainment! Chatham Seaside Links, Chatham Bars Inn, and the famous Chatham Squire are all within a few minutes car ride of this great condo. There is parking for two cars.
