What a great time we had visiting Chatham and staying at your home. It was so comfortable and cozy- not to mention very quiet too. Loved the soft beds as well. Everything was perfect, very clean and spacious for all.
We loved the fact you are only 1 mile to downtown Chatham and so close to beautiful beaches. My favorite was Hardings Beach. The sunsets with wine & cheese were just wonderful! Wonderful restaurants right across the street too! We'll be back in 2023 for sure. show more show less

Beautiful house and in a great spot. Comfortable couch and beds!! We stayed here over Labor Day. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to questions we had . The house is close to downtown , restaurants and beaches which was great! Bluefin sushi is awesome! Macs restaurant Fish and Lobster is literally in a cut through across from the house! We are waiting to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful property. The house was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the backyard and deck. The location is great for exploring Chatham and the rest of the Cape. We also enjoyed the proximity of the house to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Communications with the host were easy and thorough and they were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely rent this house again next time we are on the Cape!

We love chatham! And this house was the perfect chatham rental. Location is aweome. Owners are helpful and provide everything you need.
Chatham candy and wine left for us upon arrival was a sweet touch. House had a very warm and homey feel to it. We made so many memories on this trip. Morning routine was either driving to town, coffee at chatham cookware or snowy owl and walk to beach and back or blueberry muffin from Marion's pie shop on the deck.
Everything is less than a 5 minute drive- so convenient to everything.
And the beds were heavenly!!

Beautiful home located in a great spot. We stayed here with our two children and they loved running around the fenced in yard while we had coffee on the deck. This home is very clean and comfortable. The owners were fantastic and quick to respond to any questions we had . The house is centrally located to many shops , restaurants and beaches which was perfect and convenient with two toddlers! Macs restaurant Fish and Lobster is literally less than a minute walk , perfect to grab a quick bite after the beach or do takeout ! We are already looking forward to coming back. show more show less

Just spent a week here. Beautiful breeze cools the whole house so I never used the wall ACs. The moon lights up the whole yard at night. It is a quiet street and the house feels just like home. The king bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Unique wall mural in the kitchen of the local beach, never seen anything like it, very cool. It was a great stay, already looking forward to coming back!
