We had 17 girls for the weekend and had so much fun! This house is SO much bigger than it looks in photos. We had plenty of room for everyone! We were able to have a lobster bake near the pool one night and it was such a perfect setup! Kibibi was also very responsive if we ever had a question or concern. I'd love to come back here with my family sometime!

The house is amazing and plenty of room for our crew of friends down to Chatham for a golf outing. Close to everything (easy walk to Downtown/CBI/Fish Pier). Kibibi was easy to work with. We will hopefully be back for years to come.

Perfect location perfect home perfect host

We had a very enjoyable stay in Chatham. We were 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of space and everything we needed to feel at home. The house is well equipped and everything was clean and ready. The pool is spectacular and was the highlight of the week. The location is wonderful, close to town and beach. No complaints!

My family had a great time in Chatham to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. The location of the property is super convenient. You can walk to the pier and downtown Chatham. The property itself have all the amenities you need. We ended up spending a lot of time in the house. The outdoor amenities are the best - spent all the nights there. We did have an issue with a leakage of the kitchen faucet during our stay but was fixed right away. Overall, we had a great time!

We had a great stay with 19 people from age 15 to 60. House was beautiful, everything was brand new and extremely clean. Ample room for all, house is very well equipped with appliances and gadgets in the kitchen, outdoor stuff in garage and outdoor furniture/fire pit. Outdoor space was great, pool and outdoor grilling were perfect and got plenty of use. Significant and secluded yard space for any outdoor activities as well. Location was key as it was an easy walk into town and to Chatham Bars area/waterfront and easy bike to beach. Note that Chatham overall is a bit on the quieter side at night though.

Kibibi was excellent, easy and efficient communication. Will definitely consider staying there in the future and would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chatham. The house was great. We are an extended family vacationing together and we never felt crowded. The outside area was perfection and the location can't be beat. When we had questions, there was a prompt response. We loved it!

The house, pool, back yard, location and Kibibi were all amazing. The house is perfect set up for multiple families with large king bedrooms and bunks for the kids. We had a tiny issue with the air conditioning and they were all over it, even getting a maintenance crew there in 30 minutes on the holiday weekend. Will 100% look to rent here again. Wonderful experience had by all guests.

I decided to take to my whole staff and their family on vacation. This property was amazing and the host was great to work with. When we had a problem she was right there to fix it. The house was so big and gorgeous. I now have a place to rent when I want to go to the cape

This was the PERFECT property for my sister's 40th, we were able to invite all of her closest friends and family. The property and location kept everyone from my youngest niece to my father and everyone in between entertained. It's a walking distance to main street, restaurants, shops, beach and the seals! But there was plenty to do at the house to keep us all busy( Games, Grill, Pool, Jacuzzi, Fire pit)! The entire property was VERY clean and the host was responsive to all of our questions!

This house is perfect. We had a group of 17 guys that grew up together for a golf trip. Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, incredible backyard and close to CBI and downtown Chatham. Kibibi did a great job with the house and being receptive. She was easy to work with and made everything perfect for us.
