Just a few minutes from Chatham Town Center and Harding’s Beach, this centrally-air conditioned house features a high-ceiling living area with plenty of room to entertain. After walking through the freshly stained front porch with rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, the first floor has a great room stone natural gas fireplace open through the second floor of the house. The house boasts some amazing architecture with beautiful arches and columns as well as an intricate ceiling over the dining room. Additionally, with large windows throughout, there is fantastic natural lighting during the day.

The great room can comfortably fit all guests of the house for board games with a T.V. room to the right which also has room for all and is a great setup for sporting events or a family movie night. Grandpa’s special chair is the best seat in the house! There is an additional half bath right by the front door as well.

The kitchen features a massive 5 burner stove perfect for large family dinners and looks over the great room so even those working on dinner can engage in the fun! Off to the side is a beautiful dining room with windows all around and a large table. The first floor has the master bedroom with a huge bathroom containing a jacuzzi tub and private access to the back deck.

The great room also leads out to the newly renovated back deck with engineered wood so there is no need to fear for splinters and kids can run around all they want! There is also a great grill with an outdoor table and lounge area which gets fantastic direct sunlight perfect for tanning on a nice sunny day.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an additional living room perfect for the kids to watch their own T.V. in. The staircase up and hallway along the rooms are all open to the first floor which creates a wonderful engagement of family time. There are two queen bedrooms, one with its own bath and the other with a hallway bath that has private access from the room and is shared with the twin bed at the end of the hall with a pocket door. There is plenty of outdoor space perfect for playing catch or other games on the lawn all around the house.
