The opportunity to gather our 2 sons with spouses and 3 grandsons in one home for a week at the Cape in August was very compelling. This house made it easy. There are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, TVs, a well stocked kitchen, and room for both privacy and gatherings, plus a deck, yard, outdoor shower, fire pit as well. The owners are both gracious and easy to work with. They provide beach chairs and beach towels too. Nicely furnished with AC throughout.
Wi-Fi. Cable and streaming. Great location with the beach a short ride away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too. Just off 28 yet perfectly quiet. Hard to beat.

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's home. The house had everything we needed and was a perfect home base for our adventures during the week. The home is not too far away from the beaches or town and super close to the bike path. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the area as well. The home's layout was great for our group of 6 women celebrating their 50th birthdays: The house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs.. We didn't use the outside shower but that is an option as well. The house and yard were well maintained; the kitchen had all the supplies we needed; and there was a substantial number of beach towels and beach chairs for us to use. Each room had an individually controlled AC unit which kept the house super cool even on very hot days. The check in and check out process was easy as well and Eric was very responsive to questions before and during our trip. We would absolutely return to this home!! show more show less

This was the second year my family stayed at Eric's home. The house is a fantastic set up (and bigger than advertised). We especially loved the back yard and the fact that the bedrooms are separated from the family room so as not to disturb early sleepers or late risers. We never felt cramped in the space. It is a great location, too!

You can tell Eric has a lot of pride in maintaining the home and keeping it amply stocked with paper goods, kitchen supplies and beach supplies. We are looking forward to coming back again for our third year. show more show less

We stayed at Eric's home for a week this last summer. It was me, my husband, our two kids and another family. It was perfect. the house was very well stocked with all paper goods, kitchen essentials and even beach essentials (chairs, towels a cooler). The pictures do not do the home right. It is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. And the layout is wonderful for two families (or one large one). Additionally, the house was spotless upon arrival. Our kids loved playing in the yard and especially loved the pirate ship tree house while we grilled on the heated deck or sat around the fire pit. I would definitely recommend this home and will look forward to coming back next year. show more show less

The perfect rental house! Clean, great location, responsive host and fully stocked! After many years of rentals, we finally found the best house and host!

The house was spotless upon arrival! There are 2 master bedrooms which is tough to find in rentals. The living room/kitchen is all open and perfect for a group! The living room was our favorite and we never felt overcrowded. There is a door that separates the bedrooms from the common areas of the house which is a huge plus if some people go to bed earlier than others.

The location was awesome as well!! Everything is close by yet while at the house you don't hear any bustle or traffic. Hardings beach is about a mile walk that was very doable, however there is so much parking available at the beach that you can go to the beach at any time of day and easily get a parking spot!

Eric was also the best host we've ever rented from! He has the house fully stocked with trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc...He even supplied hand sanitizer all over the house! Eric was extremely responsive and was great at communication both before and during out stay. He left a welcome bottle of wine along with house instructions that included directions for everything in the house and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, takes out etc. He checked in to make sure we didn't run out of any supplies and even after our stay checked in to see if he could of done anything to better his rental.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We have two young children (7 and 4 years old), and it's very appreciated to be in a home that caters to both adults and kids. We spent most of our time in the spacious living room with the skylights that allowed tons of sunlight into the room. Even on rainy days we appreciated those skylights because they allowed the rain to create a beautiful sound. And at night you can see the stars and moon through them. Just magical.

The house also has a large deck with a gas grill and a table for eating. We enjoyed that fully while the kids were playing in the back yard. Speaking of the outside, there are a variety of bird species that find their way onto the property any given day. Their bird calls are beautiful and we have surprisingly become the type of people that may end up being birdwatchers someday -- haha!

You'll find everything in this house that you could possibly need during your stay. We cooked virtually every meal here and didn't miss a thing. There were plenty of things for the kids to play with, and even two different areas for watching TV comfortably.

In terms of location, I don't think it gets much better. I was able to jog from the house to the beach and back (and no, I'm not particularly a long runner). And the house is within minutes of stores, shops, and restaurants. We also went on different hikes every weekend which were awesome, and each trail was within a 20-minute drive of the house.

Finally, Eric and Cat were prompt with their responses to any questions we had leading up to the trip, and provided us detailed information of the house and surrounding areas. I very highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in Cape Cod.
