My family stayed in Nancy's house twice this summer and it was a perfect spot for us. It's very clean and comfortable and has everything you might need. The path to the private beach was really special. It was also great to know that Nancy was right next door if we needed anything (which we didn't!) We will definitely return!

This was mine and my wife's first time in Cape Cod. Could not have been happier choosing Nancy's house. It was very clean and organized, and Nancy had everything we would need. The house was in the perfect location. Not only just minutes from Main St Chatham, but to everything else on the Cape. My wife and I will be reaching out to Nancy again when we decide to plan our next trip to the Cape.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Nancy's Cockle Cove cottage. The house my great uncle built was just down the street so it was so nostalgic getting to stroll the same neighborhood I spent my summers in. Nancy is a wonderful host - she greeted us on arrival to give a helpful rundown of the property and the neighborhood. The beach access path is so beautiful and such a quick walk to the shore.

The house is stocked with all the necessities as well as beach chairs. We felt right at home with Nancy's decor and the layout makes it feel spacious and incredibly comfortable. The outdoor shower and back porch were huge hits with us. We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly be back in the future!

We've been coming to Chatham for many years, but this was the first time in South Chatham. We usually stay in N. Chatham. Location can't be beat! The house is compact but very clean and comfortable and Nancy has everything very thoughtfully organized. The extra touches such as beach chairs and umbrella are appreciated. The location is a short walk/ride from Cockle Cove Beach which is a nice strolling beach. If you're going in the water there, wear water shoes as there are many good sized crabs! There is a nice trail close to the house which leads down to the private beach. The rail trail is just up the road, which was a priority for us when booking as we love exploring by bike. Wifi was very good, there was a well outfitted kitchen, lots of closet space, beds & living area were comfortable, a/c was good. All in all a lovely week. Thanks Nancy & Joe!

This lovely little house was perfect for our week at the Cape. Communication with owner was clear and consistent, and home was exactly as advertised.
Nice short walk to the beach, easy drive to Chatham and other points of interest. Home was immaculately clean, and small kitchen was well equipped. We ate most of our meals at home at had everything we needed.
Outdoor shower is large, clean and perfect after days at the beach. (Owner has beach chairs and an umbrella - nice to nto have to make room for those into the car when packing!) Also nice to have a washer/dryer onsite to catch up on laundry on a rainy day!

My family and I recently stayed at Nancy's charming vacation house in Chatham, Cape Cod during the July 4th weekend. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. It was owned by a kind and welcoming senior couple who went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The house was clean and cozy. The master bedroom was especially spacious, with a king-size bed. The other bedrooms were also comfortable.

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. There was also a washer and two dryer in the basement, which was very convenient. The backyard has an outdoor shower.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation house. We enjoyed exploring the town of Chatham, swimming at the cliff pond, and hiking in the surrounding area. The owners were so kind and helpful, and they made sure that we had everything we needed.

We had a great time at this vacation house, and we would definitely recommend it to others. The owners were very kind and welcoming, the house was clean and cozy, and it was the perfect location for our family. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family has been coming to the Cape and Chatham for 20+ years and this was the first time we stayed at this lovely home. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Super clean with central A/C. Huge master bedroom and 2 other sizable bedrooms (which made our 2 kids happy to have their own rooms for the first time.) Awesome outside shower was a huge hit! Short walk to the beach and just up the street is our favorite ice cream shop. The owner - Nancy was great to deal with and ensured that we were happy with all amenities in the cottage. We will definitely be coming back!

Immaculate house, located within a short walk to Cockle Cove beach. Superb outdoor shower (a must-have for our family), Central AC, Comfortable Chatham cottage hit the mark for a two week vacation during the recent heat wave! Highly recommended!

Best vacation on the Cape this was our third year and we decided to rent. I can't say enough about this lovely home it took us in with open arms ,so cozy we just loved it. We plan on returning next summer for two weeks .Our host family was wonderful very friendly and helpful.Short walk to private beach and not far to the Chatham lighthouse can't wait to go. Back

This home away from home was perfect. The size of the master bedroom is luxurious, and the most important part of any Cape Cod stay is the outdoor shower. This one stays hot and has great pressure!

The home was extremely clean. The proximity to the Beach and Pond made everything even better and the walk through the Woodland Marsh area is magical. We saw bunnies every day. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this charming house, located close to Cockle Cove Beach and Mill Pond. It is also a quick, easy drive to town, little shops, an ice cream parlor and a couple of grocery stores. From this location in South Chatham, it is an easy drive to Harwich. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes with kids in tow, and it's such a lovely beach, especially for those with small children. The home itself is adorable. As a previous reviewer noted, it feels like a family home, not a rental - clean, bright and well-loved. And the owners are amazing! So responsive and helpful. They also took extra care to ensure the home was well cleaned during the COVID crisis. This was an unexpected trip for us, planned as a getaway during the public health emergency, and we're so glad we made the trip to South Chatham. You will be very happy with this rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming seaside home, it feels like someones primary residence not a rental. The home is bright, open and beautifully appointed, plenty of room for my wife and three teenage girls. The master beedroom is huge. The neighborhood is amazing! Its quiet, has beautiful pine trees, an ocean view and a really neat path along a salt marsh that leads to a private beach, less than a 5 minute walk. I paddle boarded from the neighborhood pond to the ocean every day. The pond is 50 yards from the house. The upscale town of Chatham is just a five minute drive. We are renting this home again this summer!
