Each room is beautifully decorated with a bright, clean color palette featuring Lily Pulitzer designs and new furnishings. The private outdoor deck is perfect for entertaining, complete with large dining table seating 8, new seating, umbrellas and outdoor rugs. The home is located close to several fresh water ponds (Goose, Schoolhouse and Ryders ponds), the bike path and Centennial Park. The beautiful ocean beaches are only 1.5 miles away.     Had a beautiful stay in well-appointed house. It is really well laid out with living amenities: large living room off the kitchen for family gathering, three spacious bed rooms on second floor, two nice bedrooms and sitting area with big screen TV at basement level, all with its own exit out to terrace. Interior of the house is exceptionally well cared for and ample supply of towels for bath and beach made for veritable comfort. Terrace is beautifully accessible from kitchen/ breakfast area and basement living area and possesses very comfortable sofa and chairs for return- from- beach relaxation. My three-generation family all enjoyed their stay and hated to leave.

    Before parting I should mention that the location is excellent, being only a short drive to the Cow Path Beach which is really tranquil and subdued, therefore great for young 4 and 6 year old's collecting shells, etc. Drive to more active ocean beaches is about fifteen minutes.

    We are a Boston area family and vacationed in Chatham for many years before investing in this property.

    What is special about this property?
    The home is newly renovated and in pristine condition. The 2019 season will be the first time we have offered the home for rental.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is a destination for vacationers from all over the world with its beautiful beaches and downtown area with fine shops and restaurants. There are two high end resorts nearby including Chatham Bars Inn and the Wequasset Inn (minutes from our home). Check out activities at the these resorts including the Wequasset Jazz Festival.
