The cottage was fully renovated in 2016, and there was a full property renovation completed in June of 2017. The cottage has a relaxed beach vibe, and the view of the Mill Pond is exceptional. The 3 bedrooms include a king, a queen, and 2 twin beds. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower - and linens are provided. 1 and 1/2 bath.

Property located next to a public dock where you can swim/fish, etc. Perfect get away for a couple or small family.

    Chatham Perfection!

    What a wonderful week at this beautiful Chatham home! My family and I loved every minute of our time here. The location was perfect for walks to town and Lighthouse Beach (I walked there every morning for beach yoga!). We spent lazy mornings drinking coffee on the deck and watching the seals frolic in the water. My son spent most of his time on the town dock fishing and I could watch him from the deck. The house was gorgeously decorated yet very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our nighttime meals. Beach chairs and beach toys were provided. We used the grill and outdoor shower daily. I would highly recommend this rental and already look forward to going back next summer! Thank you Erin for a great week! show more show less

    We have rented the cottage for the last 6 years. It has been a wonderful experience so far. We live next to the cottage and enjoy everything Chatham has to offer. The Little Mill pond is an amazing spot right in the center of Chatham.

    What is special about this property?
    The view from the cottage of the Little Mill Pond is breath taking. You could watch seals, fish, fisherman, swimmers and birds all day long. It is a peaceful quiet location yet only 3 min walk to town. The Cottage is a special little place that you will fall in love with the moment you walk inside.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham has many things to offer. The town which is a 3 min walk has lovely shops and wonderful restaurants. You are a 10 min walk the beach. 9 hole golf course in town. Beautiful Chatham Bars Inn offers a great place to have a drink or a meal. Family friendly community.
