We now are a two story cottage with all mod cons, as they say. But we wanted the Cape look and decorated accordingly. The cottage is well suited to a family and grandparents because there is a full bath and queen bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with full bath sitting/office area and a small deck. We also have two zone central air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked, granite, garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ice dispenser in the fridge door. On the deck there is a large Weber grill. There is also a guest half bath on the ground floor. Outside we have a huge two level deck area that is 590 sq.ft. and a small private deck upstairs. Other amenities include cable TV, Internet and a BBQ grill, and linens are provided on request. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with whirlpool tubs.

We are 3/10 mile above the best children's beach in Chatham, Ridgevale/Bucks Creek. We are rather private and have an outside shower on the deck as well as 8 large deck chairs, bird feeders, and a hammock. Enjoy eating outside, the table seats 8.
