We rented this property last year and had a great time, so we decided for 2012, we would go back to the Cape. Bottom line---the house is still well maintained, clean throughout, great location, and the owner Amy is a pleasure to deal with. This review is our honest opinion and we consider ourselves lucky to have found this rental property. Hope to be back in 2013.

We are two seniors who rented this home for one week starting 7/23/11. This home was very comfortable with nice size rooms and most importantly extremely clean. The home had a deck with table & chairs, grill, outside shower, huge landscaped yard. The location was perfect for our needs mid cape half hour to the National Seashore & ferries to the islands. Ptown less than
an hour from house, with fresh water lakes nearby. Shopping less than 10 minutes to shop & stop, dunkin donuts, & cvs. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you would need. The house was just about perfect for us but you would need a car as this house is located in a residential area. I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking at this property. Bottom line- we had a wonderful week at this home and definitely would rent it again the next time we stay on the Cape. show more show less
