This was our annual girls trip and first time in Cape Cod. Chatham is a cute little town and walking distance from the house. Plenty of places to eat and shop. From there we visited Martha's Vineyard via Ferry and Provincetown!
The house " Chatham Dream" was perfect for the five of us. Plenty of room for 5 women with lots of space for watching TV and morning coffee in the living room.
Lauren, our host, was very helpful and always responsive. We originally were renting another house but that fell through. I think as far as location it was " the best". Such good memories with good friends! Thank you for your hospitality, Lauren.

This is a perfect setting for a long weekend getaway or more! Lots of room, beautifully decorated and many amenities provided! Very close to the bike trail offering a beautiful and safe ride. An easy walk will take you to quaint shopping and great restaurants. The town itself is a great landing spot for easy access to Provincetown and the Hyannis ferries to the islands, absolutely ideal!

Comfortable home on quiet dead end street couple of streets from Chatham A's field and bike trail. Quick walk to downtown and all of Chatham restaurants and attractions. The house was very roomy, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.

We have been renting for the past 13 years and by far this home was the best!
The house was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and within easy walking distance to the center, ballpark, and fish pier. Also the a/c splits are a great addition (it was a hot week)!
Our grandchildren loved the many games, toys, playing in the backyard and going to Oyster Pond Beach.

This is the second time we have stayed at Chatham Dream and it did not disappoint! The home has recently had many renovations. Our extended family especially enjoyed the new mini split AC as it was a very hot and muggy week. It is just steps away from the ball field and my grandsons enjoyed taking in a Chatham As game. Also it's just a short walk to downtown and Oyster Pond. The host is very accommodating and an excellent communicator! I hate to give this secret away but it's a great value for Chatham. .

This home is in a great location to experience Chatham. Easy walking distance to the Fish Pier, Oyster Pond and Veterans Park. Plenty of room to spread out as a family and very kid friendly. Lauren was extremely responsive to all questions.

This was our second summer staying at this beautiful home in Chatham. It is beautifully furnished and they anticipate any and all needs. The location is perfect -- walking distance to downtown Chatham, the ballpark and a salt water pond perfect for everyone! We are hoping to be lucky enough to come back next summer! Fantastic weeklong getaway to the Cape, highlighted by exceptional hosting from Lauren both before and during our stay, and the idyllic home setting. If you can imagine you need it, the item is already in the house, right down to band aids and spices :-) Also, a very short walk to shopping and great food options. This is as close as it gets to staying in your best friend's fully appointed home. Double bonus, we got to see bunnies in the yard and a wild turkey "rafter" (who knew this was a "flock"...had to look it up).

We were first time visitors to the Cape and lucked upon this rental in the "elbow" of the Cape. Central to everything on the Cape and walkable to all of the hot spots in Chatham. The kitchen is well appointed and a fresh fish market is nearby. We cooked most of our meals at the house. Lauren is fantastic to work with, to boot. She even had fresh flowers and a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived! We loved our visit and already want to return to this lovely place.

Great Location to downtown. Very comfortable spaciuos home with all the amenities. We will certainly book it again.

We stayed for the last week in June, and found the house to be perfect for our family - six adults and four young children under 4. It's comfortable, close to town, and has the feel of home. We cooked all of our dinners in the well appointed kitchen or on the adjacent deck and grill. We all loved the outdoor shower and made ample use of the yard. The house is on a quiet side street close to town so that we walked to the beach, ball field, and The Squire. Lauren was responsive to all that we needed and very easy to talk to.

Our two-week stay in Chatham, MA was an absolute dream come true! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, leaving us with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. I can't help but write this extremely positive review to express our immense satisfaction and gratitude.

As they say, location, location, location! The home has great walking access to all of Downtown Chatham as well as Chatham Bars Inn, Lighthouse beach and Oyster Pond. It was stocked, clean and comfortable for our family of six. There is so much to do in this area and many fabulous places to eat. Our two grandsons loved that the Chatham Anglers baseball field was a block away and were able to go to 2 games.

The owner was an exceptional communicator and we felt very comfortable booking this home. We had a wonderful vacation at Chatham Dream.

This is our second year staying at Lauren's wonderful home in Chatham. It is well stocked with everything you need to feel like home. Our kids are grown but what a wonderful place to bring little ones. There are toys and games to keep them very happy. Usually Friday the 13 is a day of trepidation and superstition, but this year was the kick off to a week in Chatham. Normally I have stayed in Truro or Wellfleet, but we chose Chatham this time. It was a great decision!

This is a very family friendly house and a superb location. All adults in the party - as it was my sisters and their spouses for a family gathering.

Chatham is a fun town, and we followed the food and actives selection. As we were pre Memorial Day there were many things not yet open for the season, but still plenty to do. Sitting on side porch or the chairs out front was a great place for happy hour!

The Atwood House Museum was a great way to get the history of the town, and early morning bike rides were a plus. A special surprise was the Map Store and the hand painted Treasure and Ghost Maps. Chatham still retains its small town flavor.

I've stayed in rented houses on Cape Cod before but this one was the best by far! It had all you could possibly need for a great vacation: great location, comfortable spacious bedrooms and a deck with a barbecue grill. The house was within walking distance to the Main Street of Chatham with beautiful shops and restaurants. It is also located in the middle of Cape Cod so it's easy to go east or west to visit other towns. This house gets five stars from me!! It's a place you will want to go back to again and again. Everything was perfect and the hydrangeas were an unexpected bonus! Hidden in a beautiful established neighborhood yet easily accessible to so much. Be sure to explore the #AtwoodMuseum and the windmill!

We have stayed in many rentals on the Cape that provide bare minimum of necessities. This home was fully stocked and decorated like a well loved home. It's a nice quiet street with plenty of bunnies running around the yard. It's only a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. We will definitely try to book this place again next time we come to the Cape.

My family and I had a great year staying here. The home is also in a great location for children and quiet. Walking distance from Main Street Chatham and the Chatham A's baseball field/playground. The home has plenty of room in and out, clean and has that at home like feel.

My family has been returning to Chatham yearly for over 20 years. Fall 2019, five sisters ages 50 - 63 stayed at Lauren's lovely home for a fabulous get together. First time stay in Chatham during Fall season. We loved the proximity to town, restaurants, shopping, and private setting on Eldredge Square. The home was extremely comfortable, especially with two full bathrooms, spacious den, family room, and washer / dryer. Kitchen area great for families who cook.

Daily, we would zip into town for shopping, lunch at Squire, then travel up the Cape visiting towns all the way to P-town. Super shopping trip! Already planning our next stay. Lauren is a joy to work with.

We have been coming to Chatham for twelve years and stayed here for the last six. This is our perfect Cape Cod getaway! It is located one mile from Chatham’s downtown and all of its delicious restaurants, fun shops, the Friday night band in the park and, of course, Buffy’s Ice Cream Shoppe. It’s just two blocks from the ball field for that quintessential Americana experience of watching Summer Ball with a picnic under the stars. Go Anglers!

The house is located on a private street in an area perfect for bike riding. It has a nice yard for the kids to play, an outdoor shower perfect for after the beach, and a deck for grilling and having a cocktail. Inside has a well laid-out main floor with a front parlor, dining room that can seat up to 9 or 10, and a well-equipped kitchen with a small island and 2 bar stools. Also on the main floor is a family room with vaulted ceiling, a full bath and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs has another 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a door at the top of the stairs so if you have guests stay over, it’s like they have their own suite and nobody is on top of each other. The basement has a washer and dryer and an air hockey table for the kids (big and small). The house is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and loaded with games, books and movies.

There are several great beaches within 2 miles and a children’s beach in walking distance. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is close by, as are 2 playgrounds and a bike rental shop. Lauren is wonderful and always available if you need anything. From the day we leave, we look forward to coming back here all year. What more can we say? Thanks, Lauren!

Thanks, Lauren, for all the thoughtfulness to make our stay perfect. The house is very well stocked with sundries, and the kitchen has everything to make food prep easy. There is more room than we could use, and we were able to have overnight visitors with ease. The location so near Chatham Main Street made exploring the shops and restaurants very convenient, especially on our bicycles, and, although we stayed a month, we felt there was so much more to experience. We had such a lovely time and hope we will be able to vacation at your home again next year and sit under the tree on the front lawn. We miss the sea and the beaches. We were so happy with our vacation which was so enjoyable in large part because we stayed at your home. Many, many thanks.

This was our first visit to Chatham and what's not to love about Chatham. There is something for everyone - beaches, shopping, dining, baseball, biking, water sports, local arts and crafts, farmers markets, and even yoga on the beach!

The best part of our rental was the fact that we could walk to just about everything. Main Street was a short walk and we walked it daily at least once, sometimes twice. My kids even roller skated there in the evenings for ice cream. We walked to beaches, sunsets, seal watching at the Pier (don't miss it!), shopping, bagels and coffee, crab rolls right around the corner and to our surprise, baseball. The Chatham Anglers is part of the Cape Cod Baseball League made up of college players. It was a very entertaining game, just over the hill and free.

This house was by far the most comfortable rental home we have ever stayed at. It was very homey and the kitchen was seriously well stocked. Many rental homes offer a sterile, minimally stocked kitchen which makes eating in a challenge. This was not the case. We had everything we needed to cook and entertain inside or outside on the deck.

The house has ample room for more than one family or guests to spread out. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a nice sized private lot. Our friends joined us for part of the week and we hope to both return and share this house again next summer. The owners touched base with us after we arrived to see if we needed anything. They also have binders in the house with local and tourist information and WiFi. You really have everything you need to enjoy a week in Cape Cod.

My family rented this house for two weeks--including three children four and under. The house is well supplied with virtually everything you need for a wonderful vacation, rain or shine, and its location, so close to town and the beach, is ideal.

We loved our second year here even more than our first ... which we didn't think was possible. Your beautiful home provided a very much needed break for all of us and truly felt like a home away from home.
The weather was beautiful. Had a wonderful time going to the beach, bike riding, and shopping. Loved the
clambake at the Beach House Grill, breakfast at the Lazy Lobster, dinner at Del Mar, lunch at the Corner Store, ice cream at Buffy's, and our favorite breakfast sandwich, "The Early Bird", at Chatham Cookware.
The kids played at the playground, loved the air hockey downstairs, and the games in the house.
We enjoy going to the pier to watch the boats come in. It is heaven here. Thank you so much.

July almost over and "we need a vacation" came to our rescue. Reading the reviews to Lauren and Nina's rental was exactly what we hoped for and all worked out beautifully. The house has plenty of space, very clean and easy to maintain with the hardwood floors throughout. We really enjoyed sitting under the big shade tree in the front yard to watch the boys play badminton. The kitchen was very well equipped with the deck right there for easy access and comfort.

Walking into town and with Cape Cod's baseball league field so close was the best. As a renter, we received so many details from the owners related to Chatham that it was easy to navigate anywhere.
Our favorite family friendly beach was Skaket in Orleans. The sandbars seem to stretch for miles with beautiful soft sand and warm water pools. It worked so well for the 10 year old catching 36 crabs and the 16 month old who just loved sitting in the shallow water.

We have rented four cottages on the cape in 3 years, and this was by far and away our favorite. It is walking distance to downtown Chatham, which is a big plus, and the park and ball field are just up the road. Initially, this did not seem like a big plus, but it turned out to be our favorite thing to do at night. The Chatham Anglers play games in the summer and everyone turns up to watch. The park is adjacent and the kids can play on the extensive playscapes. It had a really great "small town Americana" feeling to it, with people sitting out in lawn chairs and blankets, kids running all over the place, concessions, and of course a baseball game. We actually had not intended to go to a ball game, and we went to two because we enjoyed it so much. The cottage is really kid friendly. They have a pack-and-play, a toddler bed, and bunk beds for kids. There is an air hockey table in the basement, which the kids thought was the best thing ever. There is a lovely side porch and grill to sit out on at night for meals. It is a great choice for families with children of any age. We loved it! And we will definitely rent again if there is availability next summer.

We (9 people, 5 adults and 4 kids) had such a fantastic time during our week in this home. The house itself is very comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. It is on a dead end street so our kids, ages 5-10, spent a lot of time safely riding their bikes. We spent lots of time on the fabulous deck, which is much larger than we expected!! We loved Chatham and our week in this house!

We had the most relaxing week we have had in a long time. The house is delightful. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Its location allowed us to walk to all the galleries and shops on Main St. and then stop for a bite to eat before heading home. We loved to walk on Lighthouse beach and watch the seals swimming off shore. We bought and cooked fresh lobster from both the Chatham Fish and Lobster Company as well as the Chatham Fish Pier Market. The well equipped kitchen had a pot large enough for the huge lobster we brought home on our first day there as well as a wide assortment of dishes, pans, serving trays and anything else you might need if you are eating in. The house came equipped with linens and towels making it easy for us to pack for the trip. Can’t wait to return next season!

We have stayed in Chtham numerous times and we truly enjoyed our week in this house. It was well maintained with all of the ammenities that one could want (and the owners were very prompt in delivering one missing grill brush!). All of the rooms were quite large and it was a perfect place for us with a baby because it was a short walk to town and had all of necessities for an infant (crib, glider, high chair, etc.). We would definitely go back.

Our family of four spent a perfect vacation here. The house is open and cheerful. The kitchen has everything you need, if you want to cook in. The bedrooms are spacious. The sunny great room and living room provide ample space to hang and relax. The bathrooms are updated and pristine, and it’s great to have laundry on site. The house is a block or so away from tennis courts and from the ball field for the Cape League that draws college students from across the country and sends some of them on to the Majors. If you walk a few blocks more, you reach the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Chatham. A short drive will get you to your pick of the lovely beaches. All in all, we had an incredibly relaxing, fun time here.

We rent in Chatham frequently, always try to be within walking distance to town, and this was one of my favorite houses rented to date. It was very roomy and spacious, the house has been updated recently, and it had everything we needed, including the great location. We had 8 people and there wasn't one complaint in the bunch. Lovely home with the "lived in" feel without the "run down" feel you can sometimes get when you rent. Landlord was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful home – newly renovated and painted throughout. Lots of room for privacy as well as family/friends gatherings! Two full re-done baths are a real plus. Can’t believe this great house had washer/dry – even outdoor clothesline for those who enjoy the smell of summer and sunshine on their linens. Side porch with all amenities and BBQ grill help to make meal prep a breeze three seasons out of the year. When you want to just relax, take an outdoor nap, or read a good book there is ample room in the front, back and side yards to do just that! Lots of room for kids to play outdoors, very safe road. Multi-car parking on-site is a big plus, too! We loved the area – very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the Pond, short drive to the ocean and lots of great fishing spots, too! We enjoyed many great meals at the variety of restaurants right in town. There is also a small breakfast/lunch café as you walk to the pond – many a great breakfast was enjoyed by us there. Shopping in Chatham is a walk away – you will find eclectic and some high-end, as well as many bargain, shops to peruse. Concerts and other free activities are offered during peak seasons. Can’t wait until we can return to this property for our next R&R!

What you see is what you get and a lot more. Immaculate inside and tastefully remodeled recently. The house has a very homey feel and provides the perfect stage to launch a memorable vacation. Location, location, location. Over the years we've stayed all over the Cape. Chatham has it all and this home does too. The only thing missing is an ocean view, but an excellent value and close to everything. A short walk into town for shopping, dinning, the beach and all the typical activities a Cape Cod vacation should be. I especially like the quiet dead end street and shady tree, where I enjoyed reading while the kid's rode their bikes back and forth. Very relaxing! The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Already looking forward to returning again in July or August.
