Our family of 7 spent a fabulous week at Susan and David's place. The house, the view and the hosts all were terrific. Even the neighbors and neighborhood were great. Walking distance to Hardings Beach. Easy access to everything Chatham has to offer. We cannot wait to spend another week in 2023.

Susan and David's home is a dream rental. Spacious, cozy Cape Cod vibes and beautiful views. You're within 15 minutes of 3 beautiful beaches and 10 minutes from down town. Susan and David are super responsive and live next door in the event you need anything but don't make you feel crowded at all. We cannot wait to come back with our family soon. Worth every penny!

We rented this home the first week of August. Our family loved the house. There was plenty of room for different family members to spread out and have privacy. The suite in the basement was an added bonus. Our family loved the deck and sunset views. We had most dinners out on the deck, and there was always an ocean breeze in the evening. Hardings Beach was around the corner.

I recommend this house without reservation.

I've been lucky enough to stay at this property a few times over the years and it's become my favorite place on the Cape. The house is large and really nicely appointed. There is enough room (and bathrooms!) for a large gathering of friends and family. The views from the great room and deck are magical and it's steps from the dock.

This is special place for sure - we can't wait to go back!!

I rented this home for 2 months this winter, and I couldn't be happier! The views are great! Nothing beats having your morning coffee while looking at an awesome view of the water! I had my family up for a visit as well as a girls weekend, and the house works well for both. The house is very spacious with a lot of living space - there are 3 separate living areas - so it works for either relaxing by yourself with a good book or having a lively conversation in the great room. You also get stunning sunsets from the deck. The owners are next door and very friendly, wonderful people to rent from. You can also easily walk to Hardings Beach from the house. It is also steps away from Bucks Creek, which is nice for the kids or kayaking. show more show less
