Winter Wedding
Loved this house! Well stocked and had the perfect layout for our family, grown children and grandchildren. We will return in the summer sometime but worked for a family winter wedding. Great location and close to the beaches and Chatham.

Golfers long weekend
Perfect home for large families or friends. So much space to spread out with privacy! Location is close to town and restaurants. Wendy is wonderful and great to communicate with.

Great home that exceeded our expectations!!
Spacious, clean, neat, well-stocked home on a quiet road! Plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bikes, helmets, beach stuff for your use. Great location to beach, restaurants and shops. Homeowners are considerate and thoughtful. We had a great experience and highly recommend renting this home :)

Great house and location.
Annual group golf outing. This year was playing Cape Cod. House was as advertised (actually better). Great quiet neighborhood as well. If you want to party and be loud this is not your place. If you want a great place that's very clean and very comfortable and just want to relax look no further.

Spacious, immaculate, and convenient location
Lovely, spacious, immaculate home, with a number of upgrades--like central air--that made it great for our family of 9. In a beautiful neighborhood, it was only a short walk away from a private beach. We all looked forward to coming home covered in salt and sandy to a terrific outdoor shower. Our young kids loved playing in the large back yard and the adults sitting on the large deck. The kitchen was very well stocked and everything n the house worked . We had no problems at all. The owner was a dream to work with. This is a place you shouldn't miss if you want all these amenities plus closeness to grocery shopping, wonderful fish markets, and great downtown restaurants.

Delightful Vacation Home
This spacious vacation rental was perfect for a large family gathering-- 2 living spaces inside with a great yard and deck outside gave us plenty of room for activities from charades to baseball-- and beach toys and chairs were a wonderful additions to a well appointed home. Highly recommended.

amazing house, location, and owner. neighborhood is lovely and very private. with a very short and easy walk to the beach. kitchen is well appointed and all appliances are in tip top shape. there is no wear and tear on this property. owner went above and beyond in communication and care. highly recommend!

Fantastic Property, especially for large families
Our son was married last weekend in Chatham and we had friends and family arriving from all over the country. This house was perfect for hosting our guests, rotating in as others left. The house is beautiful and each guest raved about it. It was very clean and well kept. It is supremely stocked with everything you'd need for a large gathering. We used the bikes several times to ride to downtown and to the beach. Communicating with Wendy was very easy and very fast. She was very easy to work with and very informative. The location is excellent - short walking distance to a very nice beach and very close to all things Chatham. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the place very much. It helped make our wedding weekend outstanding. Thanks Wendy.

Chatham Beauty!
Our extended family spent 4 days at this beautiful Chatham home to attend a wedding and we all had a wonderful time! The house is very clean, welcoming and well laid out for a large group of family or friends. The expansive first floor great room, kitchen and sliders out to the deck gave us all plenty of room to gather and have some fun visiting. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to get dressed for the wedding and relax the next day. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi and the cable worked well and we cooked meals with all we needed in the kitchen. We walked 5 mins to the beach and although it was mid 50's it was beautiful with the sun out. The town of Chatham is lovely and we left much to explore. Wendy was responsive and available throughout the process of booking and during our stay. Thanks again Wendy! We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Great stay in Chatham
I would give more than five stars if possible. Everything about this home was perfect! It was a great space for a multi-generational family to have time to come together and also have privacy during our stay. It was immaculate, with a great kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The access to the beach and the center of Chatham was also wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Fall stay with my elderly family
Our group involved my mostly blind dad and my not-so mobile Aunt as well as my mother and myself. The fact that we could keep my dad on the main floor and my Aunt in a room with an easy exit outside was a huge plus. Really perfect deck and quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to, and ON the beach but we drove to everything else. We stayed during the 2nd - 3rd week in Oct and things were still mostly open. Reservations to the restaurants suggested by the owner are really required. Thankfully, we planned ahead! The host was very helpful and patient with my slow responses. Water pressure great! Excellent showerheads and mattresses very comfortable. I am pillow-picky so I brough my own, but everyone had plenty of pillows.

Chatham Beach House
The perfect spot for 7 long term girlfriends to stay together and catch up! Beautiful home located in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of room for us all to gather, dine in and sleep. Cape Cod Winner!!
The minute my friends and I walked in this house we knew we had won the VRBO lottery! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Exactly what 6 women were looking for. Everything you need is here. The deck was great for our evening happy hours. The location is central to anything you want to do on The Cape. The owner is attentive and accommodating. I can't say enough about this lovely home.

Perfect home for a family gathering!
The Chatham home was a lovely home for a family vacation. It surpassed our expectations and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach was an easy one and Chatham was a short drive away. The owner was very easy to contact and gave lots of good information about the area.

We loved our stay and we highly recommend it
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Wendy's house in West Chatham. We are a family of 8 adults and 2 young children, and we could not have been more comfortable. The home was spacious, modern and very clean. Hardings Beach is a 5 to 10 minute walk and is beautiful. If you are cooking, the kitchen was more than adequate, and be sure to buy fresh seafood and shellfish at the local pier. West Chatham is a charming town. We loved the lobster and steamers at Mac's, and the chocolate at the Chatham Candy Manor.

Perfection
We were thrilled with every aspect of planning this visit to the Cape. The property owner was extremely helpful as we prepared for our week in her home. The home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and with a well supplied kitchen. It was in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and close to local attractions. We would definitely return.

Perfect House for Family Gathering
My husband and I wanted a relaxing place where all of our adult children and their significant others could gather and this was definitely it! The house was perfect and well furnished with everything we needed and the town was amazing!

Chatham vacation
The home was very clean, and spacious. It was well kept , and the host was very easy to communicate with. Upon arrival, we enjoyed taking the bikes out for a ride to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home. Nice family get away!

Beautiful, bright and roomy beach house
We can't say enough about this vacation home! It was the perfect getaway after being in COVID shutdown for a year. We all had our separate areas in the house that allowed us to watch separate movies at night or just relax. In addition to the numerous and spacious bedrooms, the bathrooms are all recently updated with top of the line fixtures/finishes. The bright, open concept living room and kitchen were inviting and comfortable gathering spots. We took advantage of the 5-minute walk to the beach via a private path at least twice daily. The only unfortunate part of our trip was having to say goodbye to such a beautiful home. Looking forward to another stay hopefully soon!

This is one of the most lovely, comfortable properties we have ever booked through VRBO. Where to start: great setting on quiet street; beautifully maintained; spotlessly clean; spacious ly designed; lovely furnishings; incredibly comfortable beds and mattresses; awesome, modern bathrooms; close to the beach; and such a nice host--so responsive, helpful, flexible to particular requests, provides detailed information on area, etc. We had a wonderful, long weekend with family.

Great location for a family vacation
Very spacious, modern, and well kept home. Great location, walking distance to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Great for kids and adults alike. Plenty of restaurant options within a 5 minute drive.

Amazing property and location!
With four kids ranging in ages from 3-15, we were looking for a house that could accommodate various schedules and needs. This house exceeded our expectations! The layout allowed for privacy for all and plenty of shared space when we wanted it. Short walk to the beach, large deck, and very quiet neighborhood that is close to town. The house was very clean and well stocked and Wendy was quick to respond to any questions we had as well as make recommendations of things to do and places to eat while we were there. We were all sad to leave...it was a wonderful week!

Great house and location
We cooked dinners, made pies, and brunch in the kitchen which had all the utensils, pots, pans, blender, mixer etc. that we could need. Walked to the beach and also relaxed in the great room. Our son played the guitar in the loft which filled the great room with music. There is also a piano in the great room. Wonderful vacation house. Just be aware you have to bring linens and towels, and three beds are king size.

Wonderful home close to the beach
We had a wonderful time at Wendy's home. It is beautiful, large, and close to the beach. The kids enjoyed using the bicycles to go to the nearby beach. Chatham is a darling little township. Wendy, the owner, was proactive and helpful. Highly recommend!
