A Cozy three bedroom cape located in South Chatham, about a mile from two different beaches. The bike trail is just down the road: and shopping and restaurants are all within a few miles. The rental is dog friendly.


The house has three bedrooms and a small loft. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and a master bedroom on the second floor. There two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The second floor has a shower while the first floor has a tub. There is also an outdoor shower located on the backside of the house. The house is fully furnished including a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Plus each of the bedrooms has an AC Unit and another in the Living room.

    Nice place

    We had a nice stay at the house. It was clean and well furnished for an average family. The deck was good and fire pit provided a great spot for s'mores. We had brought our bikes and biked 4 days of our vacation. The beaches were close and parking at two free ones were easy and we had a pass for others so got to try 5 in total!! It was ideal for us as a base for our family and adult kids came down throughout the week. Thanks
