We have been coming to this cottage for over 12 years and have NEVER been disappointed!! It is a classic Cape Cod cottage, we walk in and feel like we have come back home! Simple pleasures like sitting on the deck and watching the birds and beach, private quiet beach, lots of outdoor space to play and relax! It is close to so many places to explore! AND the sunrises and sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful! We come at least twice a year and now our family comes and stays too! The owner is wonderful and so helpful! I love the old Cape Cod feel of this cottage! Great for a little family get away; the cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The owner even provided some beach chairs and sand toys for the children!

My favorite part was that I could see and hear the ocean from the deck and at night I fell asleep to the sound of the waves.

We had great communication with the owners before our trip and it was nice to meet them at the cottage the first day. Definitely going back next year! show more show less

This cozy little cottage is a family favorite. The kids love the freedom and proximity of the beach for exploring the jetties, the marsh, and rafting up the Red River. We are Cape Cod lovers and this home away from home is just perfect for us.

We were so happy with this rental! My wife and two kids and I had a blast on the private beach (which is just outside the door) collecting seashells, swimming, and exploring up and down the beach. There is a marsh not far away with hundreds of hermit crabs in it. This is one of the best vacations we have ever had!

This was our first trip to Cape Cod and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. I decided to rent this cottage based on the pictures on your website and when we arrived, I was not disappointed. The cottage and views are lovely. I can't get enough of the ocean air and the sound of the waves. The bunnies and chipmunks are fun to watch. This was also a great location from which to explore the Cape. We had a fabulous week here on the Cape - we don't want to leave! This week of playing on the beach, kite flying and sand-pie making has given 3 generations of our family precious time to relax and enjoy being together. Over the past few summers many of our extended family and friends have had the opportunity to say here and the memories we all have will last a lifetime. We're all sad about leaving this lovely, happy, cozy cottage. We went whale watching, minature golfing and kyaking, but best of all was walking on the beach, flying kites, and listening to the soft sounds of the waves. We started coming to this cottage in the early 1970's and it's now part of the next generation's D.N.A. Thank you so much for leaving your father's paintings up, that made the rooms even more special. We'll see you again next year!
