This house is right in the heart of the Old Village in Chatham. The entire lot is very private. The yard is meticulously landscaped with beautiful flowering plantings. A traditional Cape Cod garden graces the front of the house with stunning flowering perennials that change throughout the season. Outdoor furniture (table, umbrella & six chairs) and a weber gas grill are available in the back yard on a brick patio for outdoor cooking, eating or just relaxing. Four rocking chairs are on the front porch for reading, chatting, relaxing, enjoying cocktails or just watching the day go by. A short stroll to the end of the driveway puts the Atlantic Ocean into clear view – the sound of the waves and the smell of the salt air.

This terrific location is just two blocks from the famous Lighthouse Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod. Two blocks in the other direction brings you right into the town of Chatham – quaint New England Village, great shopping & great restaurants. The house is set back from the road about 75 feet which creates a very private environment.

The interior is in superb condition. It is fresh and decorated in pastel colors. The entire interior of the house was repainted in 2022. It is very clean. In 2022, I installed a split air conditioning system that works beautifully for the entire house. Air conditioning vents flow directly into each of the three bedrooms as well as the kitchen and the living room.

Enter from the front porch – the dining room is on the left. The dining room table has a leaf (not pictured) that expands the table to seat six comfortably. Two additional matching chairs are also available. Two sets of built-in cabinets serve the dining room. Immediately behind the dining room is the large kitchen. The kitchen has a cook top range, oven, microwave & disposal. There is plenty of cabinet space as well as desk space for work or other activities. Behind the kitchen is a complete laundry room with full sized washer dryer. Also, behind the kitchen is a bedroom and full bath with tub and shower. The bathroom was totally renovated a few years ago. The bedroom is decorated in pastel green has two twin beds.

Back to the front door entrance from the porch – the living room is on the right. The living room has an upholstered love seat and two upholstered chairs for relaxing in front of the television or just reading. Enter the second floor through the stairway at the back of the living room. Upstairs is the primary bedroom decorated in pastel blue with a queen size bed. The second upstairs bedroom is decorated in pastel green and has two twin size beds. There is a full bath upstairs with shower.

The house is equipped with WiFi and also has expanded cable service. In early 2022, I completed a major refresh and update that included repainting the entire interior of the house, installed split air conditioning throughout the house, replaced all beds and mattresses, installed wall mounted flat screen televisions in the living room and primary bedroom, added indoor shutters in the living room, primary bedroom and upstairs second bedroom, added outdoor weber gas grill, replaced refrigerator, installed disposal, replaced kitchen sink and installed a Colligan water filtration system in the kitchen sink.
