The kitchen is large and spacious with beautiful granite counters, a huge island, stainless appliances, and additional coffee bar for early risers. The kitchen slider opens up to a really nice deck area with umbrellas and seating as well as a huge patio for dining, lounging and grilling, along with a spacious and private outside shower.
Off the patio deck is a really cool 3 season room complete with comfy couches, nautical decor and large screen smart TV, great for game time or TV. WiFi is strong throughout the entire home. The home has full A/C and is very quiet and comfortable!

The landscaping is beautiful and fully maintained with a main driveway, circular stone driveway and also bonus stone driveway on the side along with fully enclosed garbage container for your convenience.

The home is only minutes from Centerville Beach and Dowses Beach, ( A beach pass is included with the rental for your convenience) also minutes from downtown Osterville and its beautiful Main Street and less than a 10 minute drive to Historic Hyannis, Boating, Whale watching, all kinds of great restaurants, Ferry's to both the Vineyard and Nantucket, and the famous Cape Cod Melody Tent.

This home really has it all, and it's perfectly located central to what the Cape has to offer!

    We came with our family to experience the "Cape". This property and host was above and beyond what we had ever hoped. The location of the rental is so close to shopping + food in Osterville or downtown Hyannis and a literal 3 minute drive to Craigsville beach (passes were included with the rental). We were also spoiled with Four Seas Ice Cream right around the corner. We felt like we were at home every day of our vacation. Every detail of the home you could tell was designed with care and love. The home is immaculate and so spacious! The back yard was so relaxing and private for dinners on the grille. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy this property for years to come.     We grew up on Cape and try to come back every other summer with our children and now grandchildren. We are familiar with this neighborhood and this home and is absolutely outstanding! Tim has put so much thought into the home and yard that you don't need to do a thing other than relax! The interior is immaculate and wide open, the bedrooms are spacious and quiet, and the patio and yard is a great hangout spot! Being on the south side of the highway is a great little secret too, and getting in and out of town is a breeze! Loved it and will see you in 26'!

    We had such a great week at this property! It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The owners put a lot of love into this home. It was perfect for our party which consisted of 2 families (4 small kids). There was a space for everyone to go on rainy days. The location was awesome, minutes from food, shopping, and beaches. The owners were so responsive, too. We would definitely rent this home again!

This home was purchased and completely renovated for both our family use and rental for folks looking for that ''home'' feeling on the Cape! We have put a lot of thought and effort into the home inside and out to make this a clean and standout property for you and your family to enjoy! It's got a really awesome interior, a great patio and yard out back and a really cool three season room to hang in! It's on the ''south'' side of Rt.28, so your away from the traffic and close to the beaches, villages, ice cream, whale watching, fishing, ferry's to the Vineyard, and the world famous ''Musical Tent'' where you can see awesome shows in a great small environment, yet close enough to get anywhere on the Cape in no time!

    What is special about this property?
    The home has central A/C through out, a huge open floor plan that the kitchen opens into and is great for gathering! The patio area is awesome out back, great for dining, or just hanging, and it has a really cool 3 season room with a wide screen TV right off the patio!

    What is special about your town?
    Centerville is just a cool little town, and borders historic Osterville. There are great little shops, beaches, cool little country stores and restaurants minutes away from the home without getting on any of the the highways to get anywhere! It's an awesome little setting!
