This spacious and well curated family home is a perfect spot for a fabulous Cape Cod Summer vacation! With over 2,200 sq. ft., this full cape style home provides plenty of room for up to eight guests to spread out and find personal space. It is a perfect rental for a large family, a couple of small families, three couples, or a friends' getaway.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy breezeway with seating for reading, a large living room, a formal dining room, an oversized eat-in kitchen, a family room, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor there are two huge bedrooms. One has a queen size bed, the other has a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Both the front and back yard are very spacious and well maintained. The backyard has outdoor dining, a gas grill, a fire pit with adirondacks, and fun summer outdoor games. There is a large driveway with ample parking for three cars.

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but it is in close proximity to so many of the Cape's best attractions. It is walking distance to Four Seas Ice Cream and The 1856 Country Store. It is less than a mile from Craigville Beach and two and a half miles from Dowses Beach.

    A pleasant , charming home, very spacacious and comfortable..The home really captures the essance of a Cape Cod home.. Nicely decorated..We really enjoyed the cozy family room.. Jennifer was a gracious host .. She really made us feel comfortable,and was always available. The location was perfect for all activities and shopping and access to main roads..

    Wonderful Gem

    We loved staying at this property. The home is absolutely adorable outside and in. It was immaculate, recently updated, and had everything we could need or want. The description of the property did not do it justice. We were over the moon and so relieved when we pulled up the driveway and saw this beautiful gem. The WIFI was fast. Shopping was close.

    The neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet. Anytime we needed to Uber, it was very easy and quick.

    We were very close to Hyannis Port. We took an Uber there and caught the high-speed ferry over to Martha's Vineyard. (We highly recommend that trip, Edgartown was amazing)

    We took a trip to the seaside town of Chatham, on the southeastern tip of the Cape. This charming town had wonderful shops, art galleries, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Grab a drink at the Chatham Squire or lunch at the Chatham Bars Inn. You won't be disappointed. 

    The customer service was above and beyond. Jennifer was a wonderful host and took excellent care of us. She made us feel like VIPs!     show more show less
