    Jeremy was an incredibly responsive host. He was flexible and accommodating. He also checked in over messages to offer any help or recommendations. The Airbnb was exactly as described and very comfortable for a group of 8 or 9 adults. We also had two dogs with us and there was plenty of yard space and nearby beaches and lakes to go on walks. The neighborhood in the winter was quiet and calm. We enjoyed the TV room and the dining room the most. Thank you to Jeremy and Meghan for a wonderful stay.

    The Dormers was a fantastic spot for my whole family to come together (6 adults plus an infant). The bedrooms are all excellent sizes. The pack 'n play, toys, and high chair were perfect for the infant. Lots of lounge space to hang out. Would absolutely recommend.

    Jeremy's place was great for our family group. First floor bed and bath for seniors, baby stuff for the little one. We squeezed 12 at the dining table! Plenty of sofas in 3 different rooms for when we wanted to lounge. We appreciated many small thoughtful touches.

    The location is super convenient —nestled in a quiet area yet just a short drive to local stores and restaurants, also close to the beaches too .

    The house is charming and well-maintained. The rustic decor adds to the cozy ambiance, kitchen was fully equipped and the outdoor bbq grill was a highlight. The beds and couches were very comfortable . The back yard was huge nicely maintained . The amenities were great.We appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, the selection of board games, and high chair , and play mat for the babies to play on .

    My family had a fantastic stay at Jeremy's Cape Cod home. The house was very spacious and perfect for my large family, with lots of helpful details for both the little kids (like toys and a stepstool in the bathroom) and my senior parents (like a handrail near a few steps off the kitchen). Everything was very easy to find in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding was very comfortable. The location was a great home base for exploring the Cape. I would definitely stay here again!

    The hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly. Their home is beautiful and immaculate. It's very cozy and spacious. The hosts have thought of everything you can possibly think of to make a place a great home, little things like automatic night lights that switch on when you turn off all the lights. The home is perfect. And the location is great and peaceful. You can drive to great beaches in the area, and the hosts made it so
    simple to find the best of the best when it comes to restaurants, beaches, activities, etc., with their information book they've created and share with guests, and with their truly amazing recommendations when I asked for some specifically. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and the hosts were able to recommend an incredible French restaurant and name some activities that made our stay extra special. They also left my wife small gifts and cards. They did everything they could to make this a five star stay and it truly was. Thank you both so much! show more show less

That's why Cape Cod has captured our hearts as a delightful getaway enjoy the mother nature while doesn't take us too far from home when we don't have long vacation. Based in Boston area, we particularly love the ''always better weather'' feature in Cape Cod.


    What is special about this property?
    Having spent many vacations in Cape Cod, the Dormers has our heart at the first sight. The charming English garden offers a tranquil escape for those seeking serenity, while the spacious fenced yard accommodates both pets and kids playing around, allowing adults to unwind. During colder or rainy periods, there are three living spaces where friends and families can gather and enjoy their time together. We love the location of the house, sitting in a peaceful and pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, as you'll frequently see people strolling or walking their dogs throughout the day.

    What is special about your town?
    Centerville is on the prime location, quick access to you need for a vacation ( beaches, hiking/biking routes, lake, downtown, groceries, shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal) yet in a relatively quiet surrounding to enjoy vacation. It is also the hub of Cape Cod, even the ''point tip'' of Provincetown is within one hour to reach.
