This house was a perfect home base for our family while on the cape. Some of the highlights: every bed was super comfortable, the living spaces were well appointed, reliable A/C that kept the house cool, a huge dining area that accommodates a group and with a view of the Uber green yard, easy to use TVs with streaming services, and a BEACH PASS! One thing we noticed that was particularly nice is a kitchen full of very nice equipment. It is clear that the owners did not throw together their leftovers but went and bought nice plates, glasses, and even pots and pans for the house. show more show less

This vacation rental was just as described, newly renovated, spacious and very clean. This house is very well stocked with everything needed for weeks stay. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well & the dining area can accommodate a large gathering. It was great for playing board games or cards. The washer/dryer is new & was a must have to keep up with a large family. Beaches and the lake are nearby as are many local places to shop and dine out. The rental is in a very quiet residential area. I would recommend this place. The owner was readily available by text to answer any questions. Check in and check out directions were clear and concise. The owner was very quick in refunding the security deposit after the house was inspected upon our departure. This was my first time renting a vacation home and was pleasantly surprised and happy with the overall experience. show more show less

This home is exactly as pictured and more! There is plenty of space and beds to accommodate 10 comfortable depending on your group dynamics and its locations is close to everything...Seven Seas ice cream, Country Store, Craigsville Beach, Covell Beach, Cape Cod Mall, etc. Everything you need is probably a 10-15 minute car ride which is extremely convenient. The owner has thought of everything to make the stay worry free by providing so many things like linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen, and so on. Owner was always available and I appreciated the check-ins during our stay to ensure no issues were encountered. We had a great stay in this beautiful, modern, sparkling clean, recently renovated house. Everything you need for a great vacation is there – very close drive to the ocean and lake beaches, deck, outdoor shower, two comfortable leaving rooms with TV, kitchen supplies, beddings. The owner responded to my messages literally within couple minutes. It was very sweet to find a welcoming bottle of wine in the fridge. We surely will be back. Thank you!!!

Would definitely recommend and will return. Great location short distance to everything. Beach pass for local beaches a bonus!!! House beautiful and beds new and super comfy. Everything you need and more in the kitchen and new appliances, washer dryer etc were amazing. Downstairs bonus space would be great for older kids or for quiet work space. Owner was very responsive, will return next year!!

Ilya, the owner, was extremely accommodating with our needs. He even allowed us to bring our small hypoallergenic dog for a reasonable additional fee, and allowed us to leave our bikes in the garage until our next stay at his wonderful house in late August! The house is absolutely gorgeous and furnished with everything brand-new. I was able to use the space downstairs for my home office, and the kids were able to have a sleepover with their cousin for a night down there. The beds are ultra-comfortable, all the appliances are super-new and of good brands. The much needed A/C is impeccable! The huge dining room is an absolute dealbreaker. It's super convenient when you can dine in an air-conditioned room with a view of the forest, without having to cram everyone in around a table. Also, the location allows Instacart deliveries from as far as Aldi in Plymouth, which made our stay extra comfortable. Parking space is enough for up to 3-4 cars if needed. The area is super-quiet, there is a small forest adjacent to the property. Ilya provides you with a beach pass, which allows you to benefit from visiting any lake or ocean beach in Barnstable county, which is considered public but residents-only. There is a gorgeous Wequoquit lake beach nearby, where you can only park with a pass, so make sure to make use of it on a windy day, when an ocean beach is not the best opportunity. The washer and dryer downstairs are impeccable. Brand-new and almost noiseless. You can close the door leading downstairs, so you can have a tranquil sleep while your laundry is being done. There is a fire pit outside with patio chairs. A grill as well. We couldn't make use of either of these amenities because it was way too hot for that. Otherwise we would have loved to! We're definitely looking forward to being back in Ilya's house later in August and next year! Too bad the house is already booked for mid-August, so we had to rent another property in Centerville. Also, the area is super convenient in terms of shopping, Instacart delivery, and dining out. Hyannis with its shopping mall is literally a few minutes away. There's Trader Joe's, BJ's / BJ's Gas, Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, and Cape Cod Creamery within a few minutes' drive. The house is an absolute gem and hard to find! It is also absolutely reasonably priced for a property this size and in such an impeccable condition and great location. I believe Zillow still has old pictures of what the house looked like before Ilya put so much effort in it with the renovation, so you can see for yourself what a gem they turned it into. Also, Ilya is always quick at responding to any concerns. When the towel holder in one of the bathrooms became wiggly, Ilya came literally the next day and fixed it. He also installed a Nintendo switch downstairs for rainy days. Also, sorting out garbage is super easy, Ilya has all the necessary bins and cans in the garage. Overall, probably the best house we've ever stayed in on the Cape, and this is our 13th season and counting! Definitely looking forward to being back! This house is like moving into a new home for the first time. The owners were available to address any needs (which we had none). House is centrally located in Centerville on a dead-end street which makes it child safe. We will rent it again in the future. RSS

Very comfortable beds, enough room for me and my friends, kitchen is well stocked with important cooking implements. Would recommend to others - excellent location and lovely back yard.
