Less than one mile to Craigville Beach!! Central Air-conditioning! This sun-filled Centerville house offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen has a gas stove with a griddle, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, hand mixer, cookware/house wares and basic spices.

The sun filled main bedroom with a king sized bed, private full bathroom, ceiling fan and comfortable sitting area. The second bedroom offers bunk beds and an additional twin bed.

The large deck has Adirondack chairs and a dining table. Down a few steps, you'll find the outside shower, a gas grill and a firepit with Adirondack chairs. The large front and back yards provide plenty of space for families to stretch out and play. The storage shed has beach chairs, beach cart, a croquet set, corn hole game, and may be used to store your bikes or stroller during your visit. There is parking for several cars in the paved driveway.

From the quiet family neighborhood, it is an easy .9 miles to the beautiful Covell's and Craigville Beaches. A beach parking pass is included which allows free parking at any Barnstable beach. Less than 2 miles away, downtown Hyannis has numerous options for dining, shopping, ice cream, night life, museums and boating adventures to the Islands. Centrally located, Centerville allows easy access both west to Woods Hole, which provides additional options for trips to the Islands and east to Truro and Provincetown for sand dune hiking, whale watching boat trips and unique shopping and dining.

A generous starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and hand soap are provided.

    Great house!

    Me, my husband and 2 toddlers recently stayed at this lovely home in Centerville. It is a short drive to our favorite beaches and the homeowner provided a beach pass. We could walk if we wanted but it was easier to drive with the kids. The neighborhood is great to walk or run through for some morning exercise. We were also able to walk to the local grocery store and the fruit market (which we loved—it was amazing). The house was also perfect for our family. Great size, not cluttered (I hate clutter), and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities. Having 2 bathrooms was also a big plus. The storage shed had sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella we could use which was great to not have to travel from home with. Wendy was an amazing host. Definitely recommend this house. show more show less

    Cape Cod vacation

    We enjoyed staying for one week in the house. House is very clean and well organised. Good location with proximity to beaches and other destinations. Having beach pass was a big advantage and was well appreciated. Wendy is a wonderful host, very responsive and great with communications. We look forward to come back.

    Great house

    Beautiful home. We had 3 adults for the week and visitors during the week-we had plenty of room. Wendy is so generous with extra supplies, such as detergent, paper towels etc. We loved having washer, dryer, central ac-perfect. A huge bonus was the beach pass-we love Craigville Beach.
    We would definitely come back next year. Highly recommend.

    Welcoming, Clean, and Spacious

    Rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood with the perfect amount of private outdoor space and off-street parking. Keyless entry provides ease of access into the welcoming, spacious living room and kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised how clean, new, and we'll equipped the house was. Adequate bedroom and bathroom space as well. We enjoyed the bright and refreshing decor. This was our first trip to Cape Cod; the house was conveniently located between the Newport Mansions, the Ferry to Nantucket, Boston, Plymouth, and all of the outer Cape town's. show more show less
