We have rented in the Cape for over 20 years and this may have been our favorite house/area yet! The house is gorgeous, so modern and clean and big enough for everyone to spread out. The beds and couches are all super comfortable. There is plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and it is stocked with everything you would need. The kids loved the kids den, board games and big backyard. We spent days at the beach thanks to the included beach pass and walked to the lake for a late afternoon swim. The area itself is so close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Jackie was a great host and available if there were any questions or concerns. This house truly has everything you would look for in a rental. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great time at this rental, and everything was as described. The house was very clean upon arrival and Jackie was very responsive both before and during our trip. She even sent a list prior to our trip with recommendations for things to bring, and important information about the house so we had everything we needed right when we walked in.

The lake was clean and a very short walk away- we loved it, and it was easy to bring kids for even just a couple of hours. We utilized both the lake and beach passes during our week stay. The location of the house was great! Downtown Hyannis was very close, there were grocery stores a mile away, a couple breweries, a bunch of restaurants, and plenty of things to do. Yarmouth was only about 20 minutes away with Pirate's Cove mini golf. We made use of the fire pit and cooked most of our meals either in the house or on the grill. Our 7 year old loved the game room, and we all really enjoyed the back yard. The open concept of the house made was good for keeping an eye on our toddler too. The fenced in yard was amazing to us as we do not have that at home, and took away the stress of worrying about our toddler running off.

We had 3 couples sharing this fabulous home for our Cape getaway. The location was perfect with access to both a clean and active lake, and the beaches in the area. Passes were provided for both. You could either hang out on the lake, or head on a very short ride to one of many area beaches. Parking at the beach was included with the passes provided. The area has many great restaurants that vary in offerings and prices. The home was spectacular, and offered very comfortable indoor and outdoor living space. All of the amenities you could want were provided. This included a fully stacked kitchen, multiple outside areas to eat, have happy hour, play cornhole (provided), or even work on the deck. There was nothing left to chance, including a large umbrella over the deck to shade us from the sun. There was a complete game room on the main floor, and ping pong, foosball and shuffleboard in the basement. The house was clean, and allowed plenty of space for all. Do yourself a favor and book this house if you want to have a great vacation!

We have rented several homes over the years and have to say that this one was absolutely one of the best for our family! Sometimes with rentals, you're not sure you're going to get exactly what the listing may claim to offer. That was definitely NOT the case with this wonderful home. It was everything the owner stated and more!

The house was lovely. It was spotless, warm and inviting. The layout made it great for family members to retreat to different areas of the house, both upstairs and downstairs, to watch TV, play games, or hang out together. The location was great, close to beaches, Hyannis, and lots of restaurants and other attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms had plenty of closet and drawer space for all of us.

Some of our greatest memories will come from the game room downstairs. We had several nights playing ping pong, shuffle board and foosball. The home was also stocked with plenty of cards and other popular games to enjoy. The back deck and fire pit were awesome and provided us a great opportunity to enjoy each other over family dinners, desserts and drinks.

Jackie was wonderful: kind and accommodating, to ensure we had a fun and memorable trip. She is a great host!

There were 8 of us staying there and we had the best time! We would definitely consider returning to this rental on our next visit and highly recommend it for any group looking to celebrate friends and family and all The Cape has to offer!

We just got back from staying at Jackie's gorgeous home and I can't say enough great things about it. There was two families with 4 adults and 5 kids total, and we had more than enough room for everyone. The area is fantastic with a private lake beach just steps away and craigville beach only an 8 minute ride. There was plenty of parking at the beach and we did not need to get there at 8am to find spots! The house itself was impeccable. Had everything we needed. We will definitely be renting here in the future!

It was our first visit to Cape Cod coming from the UK. We're excited to explore this peaceful calm and peaceful coast. Choosing the right house for the family holiday was really important to us from the moment of booking we have been absolutely delighted with the hosts, fantastic communication and service and most importantly, the house is absolutely beautiful setting in lovely grounds.

The house was spacious for our two families spread over two floors. The bedrooms are generous in size and the whole house is immaculate. Having recently been fully renovated.

Literally two minutes walk away from a beautiful lake where we spent a day swimming canoeing and paddle boarding. I can't rate this house highly enough will definitely be back.

This property is absolutely perfect.

There were three families staying here and we all had enough space to spread out when needed or spend time together. The backyard is huge and the basement with the games and another TV room are absolutely amazing.

The house itself was the most well-stocked house I've ever stayed in. Everything needed was included, along with a lot of things we never did need. Even small touches, like the hampers in the bathroom, were so well-thought and very welcomed.

Communication was great and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We're already talking about booking next year solely because of how wonderful this property is.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house and backyard, very peaceful & relaxing. The house was clean and had all the necessities. We enjoyed a lovely walk each morning in the quiet neighborhood. The house was very central to Mashpee and Hyannis. Plenty of parking in the front of the house. Jackie was a great host! We highly recommend staying here!

The pictures honestly do not do this house justice. My family and I found that there was more than enough space to find quiet moments away from each other and we had a blast over all. The property was well maintained and so close to everything you would need and want.

Excellent home for our group of 9 lifelong friends. Everything we needed was available and the property manager was wonderful. Jackie even text us on day two to make sure we were okay. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as 3 couples for a long weekend and enjoyed the pristine beach 2 blocks away. Our host provided beach chairs and stand up paddle boards that were a huge hit. We had breakfast on the porch each morning and used the fire pit at night. There are fun games in the basement like ping pong and foosball and plenty of rain activities as well. Jackie was a great communicative host providing restaurant recommendations etc. Would definitely come back!

We loved this home. The game room and outdoor games were amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. The little beach was cute! We rented bikes and were not able to use them much given the surrounding area is quite busy but other than that it was ideal.

Stayed in this fantastic home in Centerville, MA. Stayed 4 nights and it was perfect. The home was perfect and plenty of room for 9 adults. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening dinner. We loved the yard games available. Has a fire pit, but no firewood was available. Contacted owner and was told to check the local supermarket. It would have been nice for the price to have that provided or told in the description that it is not provided. FYI, found firewood at the Stop and Shop. Close to the ferries that go to MV and Nantucket.
