The main floor with its open floor plan, mini bar, and gas fireplace was designed for entertaining the easy way! The kitchen is a chef’s delight with granite countertops, a six burner commercial Dynasty Stove and of course a beautiful view.

The basement is completely finished with a bedroom, full bath and a full size kitchen.

There is also a full gym on the top floor with a sofa and large screen TV. The pictures of the lake were all taken from the balconies! That’s how close the lake is!!! ONE more thing...the SUN SETS directly behind the main house, and the reflection off the lake is amazing.

There is also a private beach 1/4 mile away. Bring your boat and enjoy the beautiful lake where you can swim, jump off the private dock, waterski, and relax on the deck with amazing waterviews!

    Family Vacay on Cape Cod

    This was a great find! The house is centrally located to everything we did on the Cape. Hyannis and the beach are minutes away. We had thirteen people with us and there was plenty of room and bedrooms in the house, very comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake from the back end of the house. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the dock each day. We also brought paddle boards and the kids enjoyed using them on the lake. We would definitely come back!

    "We had a great vacation/family reunion at Mark's house in April. The house is gorgeous and luxurious. We truly enjoyed its comfort, spaciousness and all of the amenities. The layout of the house was perfect for our group - it provided large inviting spaces for gatherings as well as private, spacious sleeping quarters for everyone. Loved watching sunsets on a huge deck overlooking the lake. We hope to be back for a vacation soon. -Anna
