We loved every part of the week. The house is beautiful, the pool and pool area are simply spectacular. Our multigenerational family all enjoyed staying here. From the proximity to the bike path, to local beaches, etc. We spent much time by the pool, the outdoor space is wonderful. The house is so welcoming with plenty of space for all members of our family to gather. Ron and Judy were simply delightful to work with and attentive to anything we needed. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful, quiet road with mature trees - did not need a sound machine for anyone to sleep. So relaxing. Kids used rental bikes dropped at the house before our arrival to pedal down to ice cream shop via the bike path. Our kids are younger and they were thrilled by this taste of independence! Bike path super easy access - excellent paths to explore.

Pool is terrific - a big sized pool you don't often find. Pool heater is responsive, pool toys, zero gravity chaise loungers, beautiful landscaping.

The house and pool area offer many options for large families to gather... Or enjoy time alone. Balcony, deck, terrace, patio around the pool - excellent for choices for coffee and kid watching. There is always access to shade.

Kids ran around like crazy to explore the house. The home has so much to discover. I loved the room off the main bedroom upstairs for late night reading. Some can be loud while others enjoy a bit of quiet. Luxury tub was big hit with kids.

Well stocked kitchen but why cook when the house is so close to charming restaurants? Ice cream joint has food too ha.

Our family visited many different beaches. The central location was ideal.

Whales, seals at fishing boats, kettle ponds. More lobster than anyone needs. Heavenly!

I owe Ron and Judy a review. Our crew of 10 ppl stayed at their home last summer and had a great time. Everything was as described and the house with the basement allowed us a lot of room to spread out. The pool was great to have, especially on days when weather was unpredictable. parking was easy and the rail trail was super accessible.

Ron is super communicative and will share with you honestly all the pros and cons of the home.

The home was lovely. Typical New England. Lots of space. Many sitting areas. Boys enjoyed the pool table and the pool. Close to everything. All in all a wonderful vacation. We ate lobster. Had the best fried clams ever at Cobies. Went on a whale watch - never saw so many but no sharks. Visited our old camping grounds - Nickerson State Park. Lots of memories. A big thank you to Ron Brooks. He was the best!

From Gramp to Great-grandson all 10 of us walked away having a great stay. The house is clean and kept up and spread out that we weren't on top of one another. Mayflower and other beaches are close by while Ellis provides great sunsets. The pool provides fun and relaxation while the house stays cool and close from morning to night

We have truly enjoyed our week long vacations here for two years in a row. Honestly, they have been some of the best vacations we've ever had. It normally takes us a couple of days to get into "relaxation mode," but here, it starts immediately.

Our combined families are a total of 10 people - 6 adults and 4 kids - and the house is the perfect size for us. There is plenty of space to spread out, and also plenty of shared "family" type space for eating together and spending time together.

The house is clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. While there are many great restaurants close-by, you won't mind cooking your own meals because there isn't anything missing, and you won't want to leave the house.

The pool is enormous and is set in an absolutely beautiful and private location. It is the perfect alternative to spending every day at the beach, and it's a great way to start and end your day even if you do venture out for a bit.

The location cannot be beat. Brewster has become our favorite Cape Cod town, specifically, this area. Such a quiet spot and yet steps to the bike path, Cobie's, Nickerson State Park, and a short walk or run to some of the best bay side beaches. Daily walkers, runners, joggers, or bikers will not get bored here.

The kids continue to talk about this vacation well after we're home and throughout the year as they look forward to going back. They have found their happy place - we all have.

Best week ever - usual daily routine was forgotten as soon as we walked in the door!
Ron and Judy are awesome hosts, they are very responsive, very experienced and want to make sure everything is perfect. This was important, as we were working through the special circumstances around COVID. The arrangements in this regard were very thoughtful, we felt very comfortable and very safe.

At the house, everything is seamlessly organized. There is nothing lacking. The pool is very big, much larger than we thought, heated to a perfect temperature, and completely private. Very peaceful. Everything at the house so is perfectly set up for a relaxing day with no worries. Hanging out at the pool, enjoying the yard, and just using the grill on the deck for dinner was so comfortable and easy. For this reason, even though the location is fantastic, we wound up spending much of our time at the house. When we did finally make it out, we loved that Nickerson State Park and bike path were both just feet away - perfectly clear lakes, bay and ocean side beaches all accessible by bike! Car was parked in the garage the whole time, except for getting groceries.The house itself is very roomy, clean and organized, and the kitchen has everything you need as well. Great wifi all the way to the pool for those who need it.

What a wonderful place to take a family. It was so nice to be greeted with a lovely assortment of beverages and snacks. We are a rather large group and this house provided plenty of space, including quiet space for our napping one year old grandson. The owners provided everything one could possibly need, and the extra fridge was awesome. We thought we would miss the house we usually rent that was on the water, but not so. There was so much to do. The beach was only 1 1/4 miles away. We went every day. There is a path (about 400 yards from the house) that goes to Nickerson State Park. The kids rode scooters and grownups took bikes. Several of us play tennis regularly and tennis courts were not far away. The bonus was the pool! Everyone loved it! We will definitely be back!

We have rented this property twice and had wonderful family vacations both times. The house is very spacious and allows plenty of room for two families. The backyard is fenced in and completely private with a beautiful heated pool which our children enjoyed the whole week. There is a nice deck off the back of the house that overlooks the pool and yard. A great place for a BBQ! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental.

Our family had an enjoyable week in Brewster and found this home to be very comfortable and roomy. It was accessible to good restaurants, beaches, etc. We very much enjoyed swimming in the beautiful, large pool. All in all it was a great place where we spent a memorable vacation.

We really missed renting from you last year. Although the house we rented was fine, it was just not as great as yours!! (guest each year from 2009 to 2013 and currently booked for 2015)

We really enjoyed our time staying at your Brewster house and look forward to renting from you again in the future.
