This charming home is located on a quiet residential street just over a mile from beautiful Linnell Landing and Crosby beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Nickerson State Park is just steps from the front door with its fresh water ponds for swimming, fishing, and bike paths that connect with the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail.

This beautiful home was entirely remodeled in 2024. In addition to four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, the house has a comfortable living room and separate family room. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the family room and opens through glass doors to a screened porch/sunroom perfect for summer lounging or dining. It's great for ''sleep outs'' too!

A full bath and a twin-bedded room completes the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a crib, while the other two bedrooms have two twins and a queen.

Just outside is a table for 6 all set for those delicious but messy lobster dinners. There's a gas grill and propane at the ready. Enjoy the comfortable outdoor seating around a small propane fire pit. Bicycles and helmets are ready for use in the garage, and the basement has shelves full of games and puzzles as well as a washer and dryer.

Rental includes use of beach chairs, beach towels, inflatables, beach toys and linens.

    Best Appointed Vacation Home Ever

    This vacation home has everything! 10 bikes plus a 3 wheeler kids bike near the best bike trails, fishing gear, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys, games & puzzle, and a washer/dryer. Cozy interior with attached enclosed deck with wonderful forest view. Lots of birds. Just a short walk to Cliff Pond and Nickerson State Park.

    Well situated to all of the Cape. We loved it!
