My husband and I have lovingly maintained this charming cottage in Brewster since 2004. It has been a perfect place for the kids, the dogs and us to get away from the city on holidays, weekends and summer vacations. However, the kids are all grown up now and it's a little early for grandchildren so we decided three years ago to try renting seasonally. At that time, we chose a third party to manage the rentals. The experience was very good; a solid rental history and excellent reviews. However, as I have now stepped away from corporate America I thought it would be interesting to rent directly and take greater control of the experience for our guests. Throughout my career I worked with clients and I understand the value of good customer service. It is my highest priority for guests to enjoy our home as much as we did and that they want to come back every year.
