Sheep Pond is a 152 acre freshwater body of water with an average depth of 30'. It offers pristine waters (no motor boats permitted) and a sandy beach is down the road with a dock to swim to or a spot to launch your kayak. The home is being updated by new owners and offers plenty of space to gather. The main floor has an open & bright kitchen, living room with mini-split and TV, a full bath in hallway, a bedroom with two twins set up as a king. There's also a den if one needs a quiet reading spot or to work a bit on vacation and an oversized sun room with television, sitting area and large dining table. The owners plan a deck and outdoor shower for this summer (though we can't promise it yet). Upstairs are two oversized bedrooms which each offer a full size bed ('double') and two twins with a full bath in the hallway. Each bedroom offers window ac units aside from the mini-split for the living / kitchen. This will be a wonderful getaway and there's even a pool table in the basement (where one will find a washer / dryer) !
