Views of the entire Cape Cod Bay. Amazing location. Gorgeous beach 360 ft long for 4 cottages. Comfortable house with everything you need. Swim our pristine beach, and then explore the famous Brewster flats, watch sunsets over the bay. Gardens, large yard with games, Our bluff has an incredible view of all of Cape Cod Bay( 3rd best view in America according to Travel & Leisure Magazine.) Safe exclusive neighborhood.

The fabulous beach , as long as a football field is just across the yard and down the beach stairs. This spot is a nature lover's dream. Our large tides make it so there's always something to do including walking the famous Brewster flats at low tide.

We have just finished some renovations of the house. This is an authentic antique with the wide pine floors and upstairs has the low sloped ceilings.

The House:
It has a full kitchen with a smooth top oven, microwave, Mister coffee, espresso maker
and Kuerig, a full sized french door fridge.
There is a Dining room and an option to dine in the living room as well.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed. You must walk through the living room to get to the bathroom.
The upstairs has low sloped ceilings. There are two queen bedrooms upstairs. They share a jack and jill half bathroom with two doors. The sloped ceilings in the queen upstairs bedrooms are not much of an issue and are still very comfortable We have never banged our heads there. However, the sloped ceiling at the top of the stairs is a nuisance. Most rooms have beautiful water views and the backyard is a lovely shady retreat.

Other things to note:
These are house keeping cottages. You will need to bring your own bed linens , bath and beach towels .
When you leave the kitchen is tidy and you start the dishwasher. Our cleaner will do the rest.
