Three story home with a finished basement welcomes large families or multiple families. Located in the Thousand Oaks neighborhood where lot sizes are one acre. Walk half mile into neighborhood entrance of Nickerson State Park where you'll find 1900 acres of hiking trails, miles of bike paths and several large ponds for swimming, fishing and kayaking.

The main floor offers a large kitchen with center island and breakfast bar seating. Kitchen opens up to dining area that seats 8 and family room with a TV and sunny bay window. Further on is the spacious living room with sectional couch, fireplace and 60 inch flatscreen TV. Hickory hardwood floors throughout the main floor living areas. Also on the main floor is a queen bedroom and a full bath with laundry.

Upstairs offers the King bedroom - a spectacular suite that we added on in 2012 which provides lovely hardwood floors and ceiling, as well as a ceiling fan, cupula and newly refinished bathroom with walk in shower.
Upstairs offers a queen bedroom with lighthouse decor, an office, a full / twin bedroom with hydrangea decor and another full bathroom with tub. Upstairs sleeps 6 comfortably.

On the lower level, the fun begins! A huge lower level with three adjoined open concept rooms - a pool table and TV room, a game room with two couches, and a trundle bed space sleeping two. In addition, the lower level provides a half bath.

Outside you'll find a front porch and a back deck. The deck offers plenty of seating for relaxing and dining and a gas grill. There is a firepit area with Adirondack chairs and of course - a full size outdoor shower! We spend a of time out on the deck drinking morning coffee and eating summer dinners. The house is situated on one acre lot, so privacy is available among our lush oak and pine tree perimeter.

Brewster is special and beautiful - with antique shops, restaurants, Captain's Golf Course (1.3 miles away!), pickle ball courts, baseball fields, cranberry bogs, and local boutiques. Be sure to visit the Brewster Store on Route 6A for local treasures. We are within 4 miles of 4 Bay Beaches where you can swim and paddleboard at high tide or walk out a mile mining for shells at low tide. Through Nickerson, you can hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail which offers 26+ miles of Bike trails from Dennis to Truro. Orleans Center, Harwich port, and Downtown Chatham are each about 15 minutes away. read more show less
