The property offers three bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, one with a queen sized bed and the third with two bunkbeds, sleeping 8 comfortably. The property is .3 mi to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, just 2 mi to Cape Cod Bay beaches, and includes access rights to Blueberry Pond for great kayaking or canoeing. Amenities include a gas grill, premium cable package, washer/dryer and an enclosed outdoor shower. **Property is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along! (One dog only with an added $325 weekly fee) Yard is partially fenced. Updated items include a new microwave, new primary bedroom mattress, new rugs in dining and family room, upgraded outdoor furniture, and a Keurig coffee machine! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
