Our group of 11 people (3 families) had an amazing week at Mary Jane's home in Brewster.
Prior to our stay Mary Jane was really communicative about the home. It was her first summer renting the home, but you wouldn't know it from how she handled everything and how the house was set up.

The House is split over 6 floors but because they are half floors - it never feels like you have to walk up too many stairs at once.

In the basement is a spacious playroom where the kids hung out -that has a TV. The basement has direct access to the grill and backyard.

Up a short flight are two queen bedrooms, one with a bathroom
Up another short flight are the two bunk rooms the kids used along with a bathroom in the hall
and up another short flight is the King Room with bathroom) across from a Queen room
up the next flight is the kitchen and dining room
and on the final flight, you have a huge living room with a brand new TV.

The crown jewel of the house are all the various decks - one big one off the kitchen and then above the living room -- there are two decks—one with just two small chairs and another where we enjoyed several al fresco dinners.

What's great about the house is how so many folks can be in it and still have their own space to unwind. You really can't find a house that allows for this type of spaciousness.

The house has a firepit which we used several times and a huge yard with an outdoor shower.

Right down the hill at the end of the street is the rail trail and the house is close to so many things like Nickerson State Park. It's also easy to get to Orleans to go grocery shopping.
Blueberry Pond which is a part of the neighborhood association is a 10-minute walk away or a 2-minute drive. It's good for a slow day at the water.

Highly recommend this house for groups-- or if you just want to have some space from one another. show more show less

Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time at your home. We found it spotless & well equipped. We enjoyed the decks, the dining area, the large gathering room and especially the mini splits. The location and the pond were also great. We were especially appreciative of Jim's responsiveness and the house information binder.

My family and I had a great week's vacation stay in this home!! Plenty of room for our extended family to stay together which is just what we had been looking for. The house was clean, comfortable and had no issues. The long driveway and plenty of space made it easy for our whole family to get together, despite having teenagers and more cars than necessary. The owners were friendly and attentive and offered options to contact them if there were any issues (but no issues). Highly recommend this home in Brewster. show more show less
