The Brewster Salt House has a comfortable layout making plenty of room for the whole family. There are two living rooms–one overlooking the backyard with a separate upstairs king bedroom and half bath above it and another connected to the main kitchen and dining area. Also on the first floor is an office room with a daybed and attached bath as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed.

The second floor is accessible by, two sets of stairs, convenient to quietly access the three bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Bedroom one has a King bed, Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two twin beds–perfect for the kids.

Step outside through the sliders and you will find yourself on a raised deck with propane grill and comfortable dining area which overlooks the large pool area and fully fenced backyard. Surrounded by a stone deck, the in-ground pool is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod summer weather. Hop in for an evening dip after a day spent in the sun and sand or you can skip the beach altogether for a relaxing day by the pool! There is also a fire pit in the backyard area to gather around once the sun sets.

Spend your day soaking up the sun and swimming at one of Brewster or Dennis many Cape Cod Bay beaches or several ponds. Hike the nearby trails or visit the Cape Cod Children's Museum. Play a round of Golf at nearby Captains Golf Course, go shopping along Route 6A or go exploring in nature at Nickerson State Park. Because of its location on the Brewster/Dennis line this home is also convenient to several Dennis attractions like nearby Crowe’s Pasture Conservation Area, Sea Street Beach and Sesuit Harbor.
