The first floor has central air and boasts soaring ceilings and cathedral like windows that fill the area with natural light from morning to dusk. Pristine kitchen with stainless steel and granite and dining for 10 flanks one side of the stairway. On the opposite side of the stairway is the living room, sectional sofa and a 55'' tv & extended cable. The 1st floor is also the location of 1 main en suite bedroom with a queen bed and direct access to the 1100 square foot deck. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, each cooled by a ductless split a/c unit. Bedroom #2 and #3 feature queen beds and bedroom #4 has a set of twin beds, Also on the 2nd floor you will find two full bathrooms one with a step in shower and on with a tub shower combination.

The beautiful and spacious deck features a dining area, gas grill, and lounge chairs and is an ideal spot to enjoy the idyllic feel of a nature reserve with a seemingly endless species of birds that lay claim to the acres of nearby conservation land.

Non-refundable $295 Administrative Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package available upon request at an additional cost. Off season shorter stays will also have a $325.00 cleaning fee
