We had such a wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood with easy walks to local attractions and to the beach! The cottage was very clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay! The cottage was super clean and the perfect size for two people. Awesome location on the cape with lots of great restaurant options and walking distance to the beach. We did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Max's cottage. He was extremely communicative and easy going about the rental. It was in a really beautiful area of Brewster, which felt private yet close to many nearby attractions. We especially loved taking the walking path to the beach. I highly recommend this home and would definitely book again.

Lovely little cottage in secluded Brewster. Perfect for a couple needing a beach getaway. Max was super responsive and helpful. Really appreciated the hospitality & would stay again!

We arrived to our house on July 20th and we expected it to be small, but it is SMALL! It was a great time and my girlfriend and I loved almost everything. Please know there is no washer and dryer and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom daily. There is no filtered water nor ice maker as well so keep that in mind before your stay! The local beach is a nice bay beach and was great on nights there were no bugs which you can expect everywhere in the Cape. Great place for couples to stay and near a lot of things! show more show less

Absolutely incredible hosts, would highly recommend! We really enjoyed this spot. Home was clean, bright, with plenty of space for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed! It's a great, cozy spot for a beach getaway. Max was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We loved staying at Max's cottage! Nicely tucked away and quiet location that's close to everything in town. The beach access trail was a game changer compared to 1hr+ parking wait times on previous visits to Brewster. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable with lovely sitting areas outside. Would definitely go back!

Loved our stay. The place was perfect for two and had a great king bed, lovely large shower, nice new renovations, a usable kitchen, and a lovely peaceful setting with nice outdoor space. It was a great location - 5 minute walk to a lovely beach with a great sunset, and 5 minutes to the bike path and Nickerson Park. We'd definitely recommend and hope to be back!
