This house had me at hello.

My family and I have been renting houses on the Cape for over 25 years, and we've never seen a house quite like this. The wood, the vaulted ceilings, even the closet doors are unique and beautiful. It's a stunningly gorgeous house, unlike any other we've rented over the years.

The layout of the house was perfect for two adults and our three grown children. The upstairs living area gave them an opportunity to be together, while giving us our own space. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate multiple people working on a meal, while the island in the middle was plenty spacious for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with all kinds of lovely dishes and accessories. And the screened-in porch is absolutely everything. We were told that we would spend most of our time out there, and that was certainly true. Sitting out there at night, listening to all the night animals was an experience I'll hold in my heart forever.

What shines through most of all, is the love that Rosemary and Brian have for this house. It's evident in the fresh flowers on the table, the beautiful décor, and every little detail. Rosemary is the most responsive person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She kept us informed about everything we needed to know, long before we arrived. And I don't think I've ever seen a house as clean as this one was. It was as ready for us as we were for it.

It's beautiful, it's comfortable, it's healing, and it's loved. Truly a unique experience that we can't wait to enjoy again next summer.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this lovely home. Rosemary and Brian were responsive and welcoming hosts. From our arrival gift 'bucket' to the use of their beach chairs we felt right at home. Everyone especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and screened in porch. We took advantage of the board games in the loft and loved the tv on the porch.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home in a lovely, private setting in Brewster. Clean, well appointed, with lots of room for everyone to spread out and find a favorite nook. The huge screened in porch was a highlight.

My Family recently had the opportunity to stay at this property in Brewster, the house was perfectly located to ponds and beaches along with restaurants and the Brewster General store. This house was clean and well appointed, the owners were lovely and communicative. Would love to come back!

My family of six (kids 8, 11, 14, 16) had a wonderful time at this home in Brewster. It is centrally located and very close to multiple ponds and the beautiful Brewster bayside beaches. It has plenty of room, very well stocked kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, an amazing outdoor screened-in porch great for sports and movies in the evening, and a great outdoor shower. We have rented multiple vacation homes and without a doubt Brian and Rosemary are the best hosts. They were readily available for questions and recommendations and very clear in communication. Brewster is centrally located close to the Rail Trail, bayside beaches, the national seashore, Nantucket Sound, and shops and grocery. This was a wonderful trip and a beautiful home to stay with gorgeous grounds. show more show less

Excellent vacation home, quiet neighborhood, close to the 6a beaches,
home was very well equipped with dishes,appliances, etc....Plenty of room for privacy and seclusion......
Owners are very resposive and we had no issues...
House is in a very good location, close to beaches, supermarkets and

We had a wonderful week at Rosemary and Brian's beautiful home. This home is really special and so comfortable. Well equipped with everything you need. The screened in porch is heavenly to spend time in and we really enjoyed the beautiful yard and entrance. Brian and Rosemary were a pleasure to deal with and we hope to come back next year!

We really enjoyed our vacation in this house. We loved the character of the woodwork and beams, and especially enjoyed the screened porch. The house is spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again!

Two time renters—- special place—- beautiful, serene, private and clean.
We loved the big screened porch. You can stargaze, feel the breeze and hear the rain, or use it as a dining area or late night TV option for those cozy nights in.
We took advantage of the closeness and convenience of the Cape Cod Rail Trail. It's honestly the best way to get around. There's shade, exercise, friendly faces, good food, ice cream and beaches along the way. What more could you wish for?!
Brewster has tons of chill bayside beaches, perfect for us with our lil one who loved exploring the sandbars, and flying kites. Stunning sunset walks.
We enjoyed Nickerson State Park so much we brought everyone who visited us there too. The wind there can make even the hottest sun rays feel like an easy breeze. The bike paths there compare to roller coaster rides. We loved it and our toddler riding in the bike trailer loved it even more! There are multiple bike rental shops close by with reasonable prices if you are considering and without a bike.
Waters are calm in this area but not far from beaches with big waves and seals like Nauset Beach. Shark ?? warning ?? The outdoor shower and sliding basement door and hose are the perfect set up for coming back from a Long Beach day, sandy, sun kissed and ready to unpack and relax. P-Town is under an hour, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard Ferry's are close by. There's tons of yummy restaurants. Breakfast burritos at the Corner Store can't be beat! Worth the drive to Orleans. Trust us. This house, and the street it lives on is charming and we will always cherish our memories made here. We highly recommend and plan to return. show more show less
