Whether it's fun or relaxation (or both!) you want in a Cape Cod vacation, you'll find it here in this nicely updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath freestanding condo in Susanna Village at The Villages at Ocean Edge.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need, so you don't have to miss out on any of the comforts of home. The open-concept living and dining room provides plenty of space for enjoying a meal together or watching TV. The main floor also features two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two twins) and two full baths. The upstairs loft provides three additional twin sized beds as well as a TV, making it a dual-purpose hangout and sleeping space. The home is equipped with cable, WiFi, SmartTVs/Roku sticks for access to streaming services, and USB charging ports on many of the outlets. Board games, puzzles, coloring books, beach/pool toys, and a “take one, leave one” bookshelf are available for our guests’ use. Our unit also has a small stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The outdoor space includes two designated parking spots and a private patio with gas grill and dining table for 6.

Situated on conveniently-located Susanna Drive, this home is just steps away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and is also a short walk from several shops and restaurants along 6A including a coffee shop, seafood restaurant, ice cream, bakery, bookstore, and more. Ocean Edge Resort also features pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and other activities for you to enjoy. Many bayside beaches (such as Breakwater Beach and Ellis Landing) are just minutes away by car. Brewster is centrally located, so you can enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer within a short drive.

Pool passes are an additional fee, which is paid directly to Ocean Edge at the time of your stay. The daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75/adult and $30/child. Kids 5 and under are free.     Perfect Cape Vacation House

    Emily and Chris' home was spacious, clean, relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. The location was perfect for us to explore Brewster and other neighboring towns. We enjoyed using both the indoor and outdoor pools as well as the pickleball court offered by Ocean Edge. If you enjoy biking, the trail is right by the house. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. Emily was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back! show more show less

    We had an awesome week at Emily and Chris' condo. It was beautifully decorated, clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for our vacation. The location was great for whenever we ventured out but we were happy to just hang out at the pool a lot too. Our daughter loved the activities Ocean Edge offers. Emily was very responsive to any questions we had. We can't wait to go back next year!

    My children and I enjoyed staying at Emily and Chris' home. Upon entering, I was impressed with how beautifully decorated, spacious and clean their home was. There was a nice master bedroom with private bathroom and bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds downstairs (plus a common bathroom). My pre-teen boys stayed in the big loft upstairs with 2 beds and a TV. I brought sheets and pillow cases. Clean bedspreads, blankets, comforters and pillows were provided on each bed. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and having morning coffee. Fully stocked with dishes, cooking necessities and a coffee maker. The living room furniture was plush. And, a large dining room table was perfect for spending time together. The outside patio has a nice dining table and chairs plus lounge chairs.

    The home is close to the mansion side of Ocean Edge. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and bakeries. My kids and I rented bikes close to Emily and Chris' house, at Ocean Edge, Blueberry Pond. The Cape Cod bike path is walking distance from their home. We had a blast peddling into Orleans where there is plenty to do. We also used the Fletcher Pool and basketball courts, close to their home, on the Ocean Edge condo side. There are plenty of dining options at Links at the condo side and at the Mansion. We liked food and entertainment a Bayzo's Pub in the Mansion. Interesting history over there. The beaches in Brewster are all breathtaking; close to Emily and Chris' home.
