Stay in a unique midcentury modern house on peaceful Lower Mill Pond.

Situated on four acres, with an expansive deck overlooking the pond, this house has four bedrooms inside, plus an attached bunkhouse.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated, and the kitchen is completely equipped; there is both a Webber and a Traeger for grilling enthusiasts.

The house has heat pumps for air conditioning, the bunkhouse does not.

Down the stairs to the pond, you will find a canoe for your use (kids life jackets are provided.) Paddle to Stony Brook Grist Mill and see the herring run, or through the narrows to Upper Mill Pond, watching for herons and osprey. Fish for perch or large and small mouth bass right from the edge.

This property is five minutes from the nearest bayside beach and about ten minutes away from the bike trail. Close to everything you want to enjoy on Cape Cod, yet when you sit on the deck and gaze at the pond you will truly feel you’ve gotten away from it all.

Saturday to Saturday only.

Smoking is not permitted. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
