This charming, comfortable and sparkling clean vintage cottage is a wonderful place to enjoy the Cape. We are located in West Brewster and walking distance to beautiful Paines Creek Beach. The cottage is especially ideal for couples who want an adorable and well maintained space.

The interior has 2 bedrooms, 1 newly renovated bathroom, kitchen with dining area. There is also a porch off the kitchen and a back laundry room. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed.

There is an outdoor shower, and spacious deck with BBQ. We go the extra level of cleaning and linens are supplied. The cottage has a/c window units, high speed internet, smart tv and dvd player.

This is a great place to relax and be mellow. We can supply local restaurant, bike and entertainment information.
This is a non-smoking property and we try to maintain a shoeless home. The internet is strong and supports zoom.

    We enjoyed out time at this cottage. We especially love the screened in porch and outdoor shower! Loved that we could walk to our favorite beach and ride our bikes around the neighborhood.

    The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was comfortable. It is a treasure that we look forward to return to again.

    This was my first visit to the Cape and I really needed a vacation. My husband had been there some 40 years ago and loved it so it was my turn. He said everything was even better this time. The cottage is absolutely adorable and the bed was so comfortable. My stress melted away. I walked on the beach everyday, the weather was great and I absolutely loved it.
    I can't wait to come back. Super clean and lovely!

    Charming Cottage

    We found the cottage to be very comfortable, clean and well located. Lovely plantings surround the property. The newly renovated bath and kitchen were tasteful with a touch of uniqueness in the artisanal kitchen backsplash. The beds were terrific. The outdoor shower was fantastic and toiletries were well stocked. We loved the outdoor deck and were lucky enough to have good weather to enjoy spending time there, The living room furniture was very comfortable. WIFI was very fast. Paine's Creek Beach is nearby and lovely. Dining and shopping are in the neighborhood. Had a memorable week exploring the area during the day and coming home to the cozy cottage in the evenings. show more show less

    Had a great stay at this cute Brewster cottage. It was very clean, well equipped and had comfortable beds. An easy walk to Paines Creek Beach which is beautiful and has abundant wildlife. Convenient to many shops and great restaurants. Loved the very large and private outside deck. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

    My fiancé and I were thrilled that we were able to plan a last-minute vacation to Brewster for the week of July 4th and to stay at this amazing cottage! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful following our initial inquiry, and provided plenty of details that helped to ensure our trip was comfortable and a success.

    The cottage was beyond charming - it was the ideal beach retreat for two adults - and even had enough space for one of us to "work from the Cape." We found the cottage to be clean, well stocked with beach supplies and with plenty of space to cook and relax in the kitchen and living room. The nearby beach was a quick walk or bike-ride and was perfect for a walk when the tide was out, a swim or to see the sunset.

    Wonderful cottage

    What an adorable, comfortable, well-equipped cottage, from a basket with a variety of organic soaps for your time in the new outdoor shower to the queen duvet. We've been renting this cottage for over 25 years, seen many stages of its life, but it's never looked or felt as good as it does now. The owners did an incredible job with renovating last year. It's in a wonderful location in West Brewster with Kate's right there for ice cream and a short walk to Paines Creek to see the splendor of sunset or for a swim in Cape Cod Bay.     My husband and I are both originally from New England. We split our time currently between East Coast and West. We both work in the arts and appreciate the artists old school Cape Cod vibe of the cottage. We are responsive to our guests and hands on with any requests.

    We spend many months on the Cape each year and consider this property a home not just a rental. Our cottage is perfect for couples and well maintained. We appreciate the care you take and look forward to welcoming you!

    What is special about this property?
    The gardens are wonderful and the proximity to Paines Creek Beach is excellent. The sunsets can't be beat. We abutt conservation land and love listening to the birds in the morning. Our deck and screened in porch are great assets. The cottage layout feels spacious and we often work on the large kitchen table. Internet access is great.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster is a special town filled with wonderful beaches, ponds and hiking. The natural beauty is outstanding. Brewster is centrally located to all the Cape has to offer.

    Some of our favorites to visit and explore are Brewster Fish House, Snowy Owl Coffee, Fare and Just Cafe, JT's lobster shack, the Brewster Bookstore, the General Store and the many thrift and antique stores that line 6A.

    We also love the Cape Cod Art Museum and theater in East Dennis and biking the rail trail!
