Plan your getaway to Brewster in this charming Greek Revival farmhouse with whimsical touches. This family friendly home is centrally located with a short drive to gorgeous bayside beaches and shops and restaurants. Enjoy all the Cape has to offer including kayaking, biking, hiking and golfing.

The house features three bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out, both inside and out. The front staircase leads to the main bedroom with a queen bed and clawfoot tub and a second bedroom with a double and a twin. In between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a stall shower. A back staircase leads to a secluded third bedroom with a queen bed. A futon on the first floor offers an additional sleeping area. The living room and front sitting room provide two separate areas for people to congregate. A powder room is located on the first floor.

Access a deck from either side of the living room. On one side is a private garden deck and hammock. On the other side, you'll find a deck with a gas grill that overlooks the grassy side yard with a fire pit and plenty of space to play. Enjoy the outdoor shower just off this side deck. This area is also private and surrounded by trees and a hedge with an opening to the driveway. The driveway is bordered by the rustic barn to the left. Please note that the barn is not included in the vacation rental. There is, however, storage available in the shed and in the basement.

The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and is adjacent to the cozy dining room with a warm pine ceiling.

While we ask that you bring your own linens and towels, a full size washer and dryer are available for your use. Additional amenities include a new mini split air conditioning unit on the first floor and window air conditioning units in each of the three bedrooms.     Versatile Vacation Spot

    This was our second summer vacation in this charming home. The porches on both sides of the house provide a sunlight breakfast area on one side and a relaxing shady spot after a day at the beach on the other. The yard is spectacular, complete with plenty of grassy areas for family games, a hammock for an afternoon nap, a firepit for evening gatherings, and beautiful garden with a bird bath outside the dining room window. The newly updated main bathroom is great and the outdoor shower is a delight. Jen and Paul are accessible and a pleasure to work with. show more show less

    Jen and Paul's home was perfect for our annual 4th of July week! Great location, clean, had everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape. The beaches were a very quick drive away and always had parking even on this busy week. Good location to restaurants and rail trail. This was our first time coming to Brewster specifically and we would definitely return

    Fantastic experience!

    Our family of four loved our stay here. Kids had the space and we got the peace and quiet we came to the Cape looking for.

    The house has modern amenities, but retains the homey feel the moment you walk in. The renovated upstairs bathroom is great, best shower we have ever had.

    The owners (Paul and Jen) are amazing to work with. Always helpful, but stay out of your way. Much appreciated.

    We will be back!

    Highly recommend this quaint home

    We stayed in this adorable house for two weeks. It's an up to date home with an old quaint feel. The especially large hammock allows you to gently sway in the perfect shaded area. After a day at a nearby beach, the claw foot tub in the master bedroom is a nice touch. The owners are wonderful. They are great communicators while never intruding in on your time renting their home. We would highly recommend renting this house.
